    Rooms very dated and hotel is noisy. Breakfast is not worth going to.Great central location right next to the lake.Limited parking outside.

    I booked direct with the hotel, which was far better than booking elsewhere. From booking until the day I left was perfect in every way for me. The staff were polite, helpful and answered any questions I had, including booking a very reasonable priced bus from and to Milan Malpensa airport. The service was excellent and the housekeeping staff were spot on.Try to book a room overlooking the lake, as the view was amazing.

    The hotel was great in a super location. Our room overlooked the lake. The view was superb. The staff were courteous and welcoming and everywhere was very clean. Our only reservations were that the decor is a little dated and coffee at breakfast was only ever Luke warm.

    Old hotel. Bad and noisy air condition Breakfast is below average. The bath is claustrophobic and there was only small amount of bath soap. The bed is not comfortable and was clearly old and overused. Breakfast had nothing of local products and most of it was industrial goods.

    Greatly placed, lake bordering. The lobby is promising ... rooms are either receneyky renovated or from the 70ies (including deco and mattresses ...). The renovated rooms are decent but very banal .. and have a weird smell. The kindness of the reception lady is more than questionable..value for money not good!
