    Excellent location and great place to stay

    Very good location very close to metro and centrale statuon. During the train strike we walked from Duomo to the hotel which was 40 mins but was a nice walk. Very clean hotel comfortable beds would have preferred if they had at least a bottle of water or kettle in the room as a basic necessity. But staff were very friendly. Would definitely return.

    It is just a walking distance from Central station Milan. Rooms are neatly kept. Staff are courteous. Buffet breakfast is good. Luggage storage at no extra cost.

    Poor Room Conditions and Unwelcoming Service

    The room was disappointing. There was no privacy because the blackout curtain was missing, and only a thin white see-through curtain was provided. One of the window curtains would not close completely. Some of the lights in the room were not working, and the WiFi did not work either. The receptionist was not welcoming and did not seem to care about the customers. However, the junior receptionist was very nice, polite, helpful, and friendly.

    Overall this hotel is good value and very well located for Milano Centrale.I was initially given a nice room with a balcony, but unfortunately it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.The staff were very helpful and offered me another room and gave me a complimentary breakfast to apologise. The breakfast was quite nice, and good value had I paid the €10 for it.

    Great location for Milan central train station.Stayed in room 111.Breakfast/common area right outside room.Staff very friendly.Noisiest hotel ever - other guests and street noise. Not able to sleep at all!No sockets near bed,No tea/coffee making facilities.Wi-fi not working.Bathroom sink unstable.
