  Our first experience was at the Ibis Hotel. The staff were truly kind, and the room was clean; however, it was quite cold. The walls could have been much thicker, as noise from the corridor was clearly audible, which was unfortunately disturbing.We appreciated that a McDonald’s is located right next to the hotel. The only real drawback was the location, as it took approximately one hour to reach the city center.

  I should preface this review with this is not the Ibis any more. We arrived after heavy delays and a very long day. We arrived here and was told the Ibis had long closed and they needed to see if we had a booking as its now A&O Hostels. At this point we were just tired and wanted to get on with our long weekend, luckily they did have a room for us. It was fairly expensive for what it was. Its a perfectly acceptable place and room. A little dated, most things had probably had its last refurb in the early 90's. Staff were friendly which redeemed it somewhat. I probably wouldn't stay again as its not near much apart from the Metro which is helpful as thats fast and efficient.

  Typical no thrills Ibis Hotel. Room was clean but not all the sockets worked. Location wise it was a wee but out of the centre but there was a metro station less than a 10 min walk away and although you had to change once you could be in the centre in about 20mins. There was also a No. 5 tram stop outside the hotel which took you directly to the city centre.

  Absolutely bad place to stay. Room keys don't work, wifi doesn't work, hair dryer doesn't work.The place is so run down, it doesn't even give a hotel feel, it seems like a hostal. The reception folks are of no help. Not at all Value for Money! Unlike any of the Novotel Hotels.

  Very nice hotel in Milano Ca’Granda area.

  Nice, cozy hotel near a huge shopping mall area with great restaurants, bars, and shopping stores. Close to M4 Metro line, and near an Esselunga Supermarket. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Hotel is located next to Novotel Hotel and covenient. Also provides breakfast which was nice and simple.
