    Staff wonderful- friendly, inviting, informative. Rooms spacious, clean, relaxing. Facilities good. Further from Milan Central inconvenient, but manageable with Metro 15 minute walk or taxi.

    The hotel entrance layout is awkward, requiring you to go down a few steps to get inside.The Good: Friendly front desk and lobby bar staff.The Bad: Small lobby with few seats. Small rooms with average cleanliness. Limited breakfast seating and options, and the menu was same for both days.The Worst: The breakfast staff were very unfriendly, especially one male employee who was very rude.Overall, it was just a so-so stay.

    We stayed at the hotel for two nights (29-30/10/25), my grandson and myself as we went to the San Siro to watch the AC Milan game. The hotel is absolutely spotless. We were greeted at the reception by young man who was very chatty, polite and informative as we told him we were going the game. He told us where to go for the bus to take us both there, and back because we got there quite late, so thank you..Our room was a good size with a small fridge and safe (free?). The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was brilliant. Over all, a very pleasant stay..     Very clean hotel, very yummy breakfast, lots to choose from! Not to far from a tram station to reach de centre of Milano! If the mini fridge was working everything was perfectly in the room!
