    Superior room 516 was spacious - opulent bathroom with generous amenities But - only 1 power socket in whole room located above a shelf so no space to fit in an iPhone charger Clean, fair breakfast, best feature is close proximity to Milano Centrale train station and Metro

    This was the last stop on our 14-day Italy family vacation. The hotel was bright and clean and had a wonderful and helpful staff. We arrived early by train (the hotel is a short walk from the station) and stored our luggage while we went for lunch.Our room was in the apartments which is in an adjacent (annex) building.Not a problem, however, the trek from the hotel lobby to the apartment is quite a hike. Not only that, the entrance, common shared courtyard with residential apartments, and a very dark entry/hallway had me concerned. Thankfully, when we opened the door, the apartment didn’t disappoint. It seemed as if there was at least one other apartment owned by the hotel next to ours. All of the other accommodations around us looked to be general public housing. The 1 bedroom / 1 bath apartment was newly renovated and had all the luxuries we expected. The linens were top-notch and the cleaning people kept up with our expectations. Other than the awkward entrance, we never felt any lack of value for our money. The room was spacious and well lit. The main bed was comfortable but the pull-out mattress was a bit tired and saggy. A delicious breakfast was served in the hotel lobby each morning which meant that we had a short walk outside each day but all things considered, it was a pleasant place to stay.

    Staff are lovely. We were celebrating a birthday and there were gifts in the room. Room was quirky but that's why we booked it. We had the suite floor 7. Fabulous views. Provided lovely toiletries. Great location. You can see Central Station as you exit the hotel. Good breakfast. We would stay again.

    April 27th.Overnight stay as a treat to start almost 1 week of birthday celebrations, split over 3 hotels in 2 countries..Great friendly welcome & equally friendly service throughout. The room on the 7th floor hit the spot too, which included the birthday ' goodies'..All in all a very enjoyable overnight stay 😊🤩..Your hotel is very easy to recommend & we would return.

    Superb location. It is at a walking distance from the Milan Central Railway Station. The name of the Hotel can be seen from the taxi stand adjacent to the Station. A number of restaurants are in close vicintiy. The ambiance was good. Rooms were clean and spacious. Seamless check in and check out.There was no disturbance due to noise. Facility to make tea or coffee in the room would have been appreciated. We did not try the restaurant serving lunch or dinner. Breakfast spread was adequate.
