    Terrible service. Not clean. Your reservation was marked as a “no-show” and subsequently cancelled, as you did not present yourself at the hotel. For this reason, what you have described does not reflect reality in any way. We will promptly contact Booking.com to report this matter, also in light of the messages exchanged, which clearly show that your intention was to obtain, at all costs, a free cancellation for a non-refundable reservation.We were also informed that, otherwise, you would post negative reviews about our property and our staff across various online platforms. We consider this behavior unacceptable and completely contrary to the principles of fairness and transparency that define our work. We therefore fully reject what has been stated and report the improper conduct of a user who, in fact, has never been our guest and we hope never will be. Kind regards

    Basic room, but reasonable price and great staff with close links to public transport

    The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful, but the room was very basic and the surrounding areas weren't the most desirable. There was quite a bit of noise during the night from people outside and in the rooms both beside and above ours.A big plus was that it wasn't too much of a walk to the nearest metro station with links to the rest of the city and the price was very reasonable

    Nice 3 stars small hotel, located near the metro but on a creepy and busy street. Rooms were very clean but the matress was hard. The staff was very nice and attentive and the hotel's cats were welcoming and cute. It did really fullfilled our needs.

    Stayed here with my family for 3 nights. The location was ok, local transportation was near(tram, sub). The room was spacious but quite dirty, especially under the beds very dusty. Continental breakfast was quite minimal, not much to eat. The staff was friendly.
