    The spa was lovely very clean and well kept Staff were so friendly and helpful I had a massage with Auroa she was brilliant couldn’t recommend her enough

    This hotel is never a 4 star hotel! First of all the men at the reception doesn’t speak properly English, what made it hard to have a conversation. When asking if there was a busstation or public transport nearby to go to Milaan or Bergamo he just said no, only taxi. When doing some google magic myself and walking outside, seems that there is just a busstation 200m from the hotel.Hotel is making advertising around the sauna and wellness, seems that sauna is out of order. Can happen but would be nice to know upfront.Rooms are clean on the ground and furniture but if you look at the ceiling I saw a lot of dust nets above our bed, in the corners,… asked reception in the morning to clean them, coming back in the evening, dust nets are still there…Pillows are so thin your barely feel you are lying on something, we asked for a second pillow and got that. Sheets are very thin as well and no proper down blanket foreseen. Also my bottom sheet had a big splotch on second day.Breakfast is very limited, nothing fresh, no toaster, coffee machine that doesn’t work properly,…When you go to the bar in the evening you will find a bartender who gives you the drinks and then looks at movies on his computer with the sound on, and not just on but very loud so everybody in the bar hears it… what happens… people just leaving the bar.Overall this is one is the worse hotels I’ve been. They should be ashamed to provide something like this when you have “4 stars”.

    I stayed at AS Hotel Cambiago from Friday to Monday and found the overall experience to be a mix of comfort and inconvenience. On a positive note, the hotel itself is very nice—clean, modern, and affordable. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable, and the staff were polite and accommodating throughout the stay. It felt like good value for money in terms of the facilities and presentation.However, there are a few important points future guests should be aware of. The hotel is located directly off a motorway, which makes pedestrian access difficult and even unsafe at times. Google Maps wasn’t very helpful when trying to find the actual hotel entrance on foot. Although the website claims the hotel is only 20km from Milan city centre, this distance only applies if you’re driving. For those without a car, the location is quite inconvenient and isolated, especially if you’re hoping to explore the city or rely on public transport.The hotel also advertises that guests can reach destinations like the airport or exhibition centres “without paying expensive taxi costs,” but this didn’t reflect our experience. The only transport available was a private taxi offered through the hotel, which was as expensive—if not more so—than Uber. For example, the quoted price to Milan city centre was a minimum of €75. They also refer to this service as a "shuttle," but it is not a shared shuttle bus—it’s just a single taxi driver working independently.Another issue was unexpected additional charges. We had to pay an extra £30 to access the spa facilities, something that wasn’t clearly mentioned on many booking sites. While we expected the spa to be part of the overall hotel offering, it turned out to be a separate, hidden cost.The breakfast was very minimal, which wasn’t surprising for a continental breakfast, but still might not meet expectations for some travellers.

    Weather was hot and no aircon in the room, very stuffy. Had to open the window during sleep but outside was very noisy till midnight and mosquitoes in the room. Receptionist was not friendly. Requested for a fan but not arranged without informing.
