Location

This establishment is located between Milan, Monza, Como and Saronno. It is located in the heart of Brianza and is just a few minutes' drive from Milan, Linate and the Malpensa Airports. The famous Monza race track and the exhibition centres of MilanoCity and Rho-Pero are also in close proximity. The hotel is 700 m from Bovisio Masciago railway station and just 15 km from Lake Como.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 183 non-smoking rooms located in a 3-storey main building and a 2-storey auxiliary building. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are a number of shops as well. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand and a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. Further services and facilities include medical assistance, a transfer service, room service (for a fee), an alarm call service, a laundry service and a hotel shuttle bus. Complimentary newspapers are available. A business centre with fax machine and projector is available. Lectures, presentations and meetings can be held in one of the 7 conference rooms.

Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is among the standard amenities of some rooms. Rooms have a double bed or a king-size bed. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A hairdryer and a telephone are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

After an eventful day, guests can work out and recharge in the gym. Activity coordinators organise an entertainment programme for adults and children.

A continental breakfast, lunch and dinner tempt guests with a wide range of dishes (dinner à la carte). Diet meals, gluten-free meals and vegetarian dishes can be prepared on request.     Staff friendly. Location strategice. Restaurant so so. The next evening I walked to the nearby shopping centre where there is a choice of eating places.     4 star hotel was actually a 2 star motel (the love motel..need i say more)

    Nearest train station 30 min walk.Milan 1 hour 15 mins away by train.Hotel/motel located in an industrial area.Not given room at hotel but the love motel next door.Main door metal and no interconnecting door to keep out the cold.Room temperature, fan kept on high at all times and Room never got warmer than 15° and heating could not be increased to any higher setting.That cold at night had to use bath towel for extra layer as only provided a thin bedspread.3 pillows provided for 2 people. Room, carpet flooring grubby, seen better days.Toilet seat broken and unstable.No plug for sink.Bidet had been used by previous occupants and not cleaned adequately. Shower tray tired and old and discoloured also mouldy and grubby sealant.Bathroom radiator was cold and no heating provided throughout the stay.Towels needed to be left in the wardrobe to be renewed were new clean towels were left on top of previously used, wet towels.External temperature was -2° which impacted on coldness of the room.The stay made both myself and my partner ill, chilled to the bone.When did complain about the lack of heating, the female staff at reception did nothing.     An EXTREMELY disappointing 5 night stay a this 4 STAR hotel ,the ROOM was separate from main hotel ,in what they call LOVE MOTEL room was a BIG disappointment, EXTREMELY COLD very poor heating during FREEZING EXTERNAL TEMPERATURES, could not be adjusted by the guest. No bathroom heating At all ,carpets dirty full of stains .Hot breakfast buffet ALL COLD !!!     Wonderful Hotel for Business Travelers

    This is my 3rd visit to AS Limbiate Fiera and the property never fails to impress. Wonderful and friendly Staff, excellent Breakfast and one of the best in-hotel Restaurants for Dinner.     Rooms were clean and the staff was super friendly.Breakfast also good, plenty of options. Easy access from the highway, underground parking included.
