    I was really impressed by this hotel and will definitely use this chain again. Rooms and whole hotel spotless, daily room service, aircon which actually works. No road noise when windows closed. Staff all really helpful and friendly- the guy on reception in the evening particularly helpful with recommendations and answers to all our questions. Buffet breakfast superb . Location great for getting around only 10 mins walk from Metro, close to avigli canal for very scenic evening meals. Would definitely recommend a trip to Le Tournedos a couple of minutes walk away for amazing food.

    Yiur service was very friendly & Breakfase was excellent.However, the electric card for the room did not work properly.Even, inserting the Card the power was off automaticclly in minutes.

    Good hotel with a tasty breakfast and lots of variety. We stayed here for 5 days. The staff was very helpful and spoke good English. Close to the metro and a nice little eatery. We had a good stay.

    Upon my arrival, which was late at night, I was assigned a room located directly adjacent to the elevator. As I checked in at a late hour, I was unable to properly assess the room's surroundings before settling in. It was only after I had unpacked and attempted to sleep that I became aware of the severe noise issue. Throughout the night, the constant mechanical sounds of the elevator — including the loud humming of the motor, the repetitive opening and closing of the doors, and the vibrations traveling through the walls — made it virtually impossible for me to fall asleep. I found myself lying awake for hours, unable to get the rest I needed after a long and tiring journey. The lack of adequate sleep not only affected my comfort during my stay, but also had a noticeable impact on my energy and wellbeing the following day. Something have to mentioned is that there is a good restoronte nearby, which is called Le Tournedos, it is the only happy hour about this stay.

    The staff are all enormously friendly and helpful. The room is tidy and spotlessly clean. According to Italian law, the AC is not operated in the cooler months of Spring. So a west facing room can become a bit warm in the afternoon, if the blackout curtain is not drawn. Who stays in the room all day, anyway? But the evenings are pleasantly cool, and there is no need for AC. The breakfast is good. Good coffee machine, and fresh orange juice machine. Load it with three oranges for a brimfull glass. Again, wonderful staff.
