    Bed bugs

    rating27 Jul 2025

I absolutely hated my stay here. very old rooms and room service is bad. the bed has bed bugs and i wake up everyday with bug bites all over my face and legs and the breakfast service is very slow. If you are looking for a cheap place and don’t care about cleanliness then this is the place for you

    Below expectation

Very small room for the price. Excellent housekeeping Breakfast below average and a steward who was rude to most of the guests including us. Ofcourse we took the bad attitude up to the main manager. The upkeep of the building itself isn’t good and the corridor carpets desperately need to be changed.I had a soup and pasta both were reasonably good.

    Nice hotel

    rating27 Jun 2025

really nice hotel, clean and well designed. Pre warning it is quite a while outside of milan city centre but is so easily accessible using the hotels free shuttle to the metro station. However, be prepared to wait quite a while for the shuttle we waited at the metro station 30 minutes plus most nights. The rooms are very clean initially but the cleaners do not seem to do much other than change the towels and bed. Our bin was never changed whilst we was there so we had rubbish pilling up for 3 days. For the price and accessibility i would definitely recommend if your planning a city break to milan.

    Meh

Frankly speaking— the experience in itself wasn’t that horrible. Reading the other reviews made me realise that I didn’t have it that bad. I agree, the staff did appear rather apathetic towards us. I have a gut feeling that they dismissed us as another group of American tourists since we spoke English (we in fact are not American but rather a trio of different background’s). They were more warm towards other Italians visiting. Some staff seemed even annoyed when we tried to get the shuttle to drop us off which is weird considering that the hotel is in the middle of nowhere and taxis are expensive as hell. The food was mid. Maybe it’s just me but I did expect tomatoes in my caesar salad and salt on the fries. More about the food. The staff working in the kitchens were rather dismissive and at times outright rude towards us. One of the ladies rolled her eyes at me when we had a misunderstanding and instead of finding a solution walked away. Had to go and buy a burger at the gas station that night….We had a clean room luckily. The wifi worked well for me but didn’t even connect to my friends’s phone. Idk about that.Bathroom might need a new shower head too.One last complaint would be about the pool. It’s summer and the sun is out for a long long LONG time— why do they close it up at eight?

Comfortable for a Short Stay – With Room for Improvement

    rating25 Jun 2025

The hotel makes a strong first impression with its spacious parking area, a pleasant view of the pool upon arrival, and a large, modern lobby that suggests a comfortable 4-star experience. However, the reality quickly shifts once you begin the check-in process. The front desk staff, while polite and eager to assist, seemed underinformed and frequently rotated, which led to inconsistent service and partial information. The elevators are surprisingly small for a hotel of this size—over 10 floors—and barely accommodate two adults with luggage. We stayed on the 9th floor, where a noticeable damp smell lingered in the hallway. The carpets were visibly worn, torn, and in need of a deep clean. Our room was spacious, but the furniture was outdated and basic. The bathroom had a strong odor of moisture, and there was no standard bathroom amenity set typically expected in a 4-star hotel. One of the biggest drawbacks was the internet connection. It was nearly unusable throughout the hotel, with the exception of the lobby where the signal was somewhat stable. The breakfast is quite decent—especially by Italian hotel standards—with a fair selection of both sweet and savory options. However, guests who prefer healthier choices like whole grain breads, fresh salads, or a wider variety of vegetables might find the offerings limited. The outdoor pool is a highlight: clean, surrounded by greenery, and with plenty of shaded areas. That said, during peak times, finding a spot to relax could be a challenge due to limited space. The on-site restaurant, Seguimi, offers a solid dining experience with a good variety of dishes for both adults and children. The service is attentive and friendly. Just note that the restaurant operates on traditional Italian meal times, so it’s not open continuously throughout the day.A complimentary shuttle service is available to the Milanofiori Forum metro station, but only during specific hours (mornings until 10:30 AM and evenings from 5:30 PM to 11:00 PM). Outside of these times, the ride costs €5. If you're without a car, this shuttle is your main connection to the metro and the nearby Assago shopping center, which includes a wide range of shops, restaurants, and a cinema. The hotel staff genuinely tries to leave a positive impression and are aware of the property's limitations. I would recommend this hotel if you find a good deal and are planning a short stay—1 or 2 nights—in Milan. In summary, while the hotel has the infrastructure and layout of a 4-star property, the service quality, maintenance, and amenities are more in line with a 3-star experience. With some improvements, this place could truly shine.
