    We chose the BWM for its proximity to the central Milan train station and found it not only convenient but very comfortable and welcoming. Staff were very helpful with directions and recommendations, rooms were clean, quiet and well equipped. We would definitely stay there again!

    This hotel is exceptional. We are on a 5 week tour, staying in numerous hotels across the Italy. The Best Western Madison stands out, as the best one. The reception deserves the highest praise for being friendly, competent and patiently helpful. The rooms are spotless. The air conditioning was excellent. The breakfast is of the standard expected. Everything was so nice, we stayed with them twice! We were pleasantly surprised when Gloria at the reception remembered us on our second visit and offered us the same room.

    Great room for 1, albeit a little away from the city centre, but a short walk from the tourist area of central Milan

    Clean, comfortable and bright well maintained room, a little out of the way from the city centre but worthwhile considering, as it is close to one of the main stations in Milan.The room was bright and spacious for one. It had a king single bed that was very clean and extremely comfortable. All the linen in the room was in good condition.It was great to be able to open the two very large windows, one in the room and the other in the bathroom,for fresh air if needed. The cooling worked extremely well and although the shower stall was small, it was good.

    Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good but pricey and not included. Only a few minutes walk from Train Station. Only a few English speaking TV channels and all of them had a noticeable ( Leftist bent) to them.

    Great hotel. Very clean and comfortable room. Excellent location on quiet street close to Milan Central Station. Very good breakfast as well.
