    First and foremost I would like to praise the personnel, all friendly and polite from reception to breakfast. The room was spacious, with ample workspace, the bathroom also spacious with a good shower. Breakfast leaves room for improvement---variety as well as the quality of some item (such as fruit) is the bare minimum expected in a hotel of this category. Complimentary items in the room are a bit stingy. No gym. On the other hand, the price was very reasonable, again considering the category. Thus, "tout se tient".

    I had a great stay at the Best Western Mirage Hotel Fiera. The location is excellent—convenient and well-connected, making it easy to get around. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, exactly what I’ve come to expect from the Best Western brand.Breakfast was a real highlight—plentiful, varied, and of good quality. It really set a positive tone for the day. The only minor issue was the hotel layout, which was a bit confusing at first, especially for a first-time guest. That said, once you get your bearings, everything falls into place.Overall, it was an excellent experience—consistent with the high standards I’ve experienced at other Best Western hotels. I’d definitely stay here again.

    Room a bit quirky and hot but OK for 2 nights

    Stayed here for two nights on business. Hotel is a bit remote, you will need a car. I found the room a bit quirky but functional. Not much in the immediate surroundings, so you can open your window at night to let some fresh air in. I found the room to be quite hot, because of the heating everywhere. A nice breakfast is served in the attached restaurant.

    Came her for EICMA. Stayed in Room 252.Easy enough to find, big venue, in the middle of an industrial estate.Room large, but clearly smoked in, with marks on the walls. Bed comfy, bathroom decent, shower powerful with plenty of heat.Experience ruined by the bright blue glo LED light switch panel, and the thin walls. I could literally hear what every room around me was doing, watching on TV etc...

    A stopover from Bergamo airport, this was easy to find and a good choice.The staff (Anna) was very good and helped us (me) with the elaborate and technical electrics in the room. The room is spacious and facilities are good.Parking underground was safe and inexpensive. Breakfast as vast and delicious.Highly recommended.
