    Really nice hotel,very clean,lovely friendly and helpful staff.Bed was really comfortable and avery nice breakfast with lots of choice.2 restaurants next door and can provide room service.

    I don’t recommend this hotel at all! The upper management is terrible. Gave me misleading information! The location of this hotel is terrible as well—pretty much in an alley. Old hotel that felt almost like a prison.

    Here for a couple of nights on business. This hotel is very hot inside ( not sure why… the heating was off ) - about 25 degrees! We reported our non working room air con to be told it was turned off in the whole hotel as ordered by the Italian government. ( Not sure if this is true or not...) they offered a room change but we declined as what was the point. the room was like a sauna at night even with the windows open. We struggled to sleep as did other colleagues. For this reason alone we probably wouldn’t return here.There is also nowhere to eat or drink in the hotel or nearby till 7pm when the pizza restaurant next door opens. So beware if you fancy a cold beer / food when you arrive. Another very odd thing about this business hotel was although there was a nice Modern smart TV there isn’t one channel in English ( usually you would get at least BBC world News ). Our room was not made up whilst we were there. On the plus side the room was very nice and staff at reception we had contact with were nice. Breakfast was very good. There’s a supermarket 5 minutes walk away.We left a fast charger and adaptor in the room by mistake and it was disappointing that the hotel wouldn’t pop it in the post to us back in the uk. After emailing them They offered to package it up and give it to a ‘courier’ that we had to arrange….😳 even though we offered to pay the small postage cost.

    Interesting hotel chain. Beautiful rooms, spacious, very clean and with all comforts. Mega TV with SKY too. Professional and kind staff. Excellent Breakfast. Free parking and excellent value for money. Nice reward system for the most loyal customers.

    We really enjoyed our stay at the Best Western BorgoLecco. It was for a quick business trip, but decided to bring my wife and daughter with me. Thr hotel was really clean and modern. They had a great breakfast buffet and wonderful, friendly staff.
