This city hotel is centrally located in the old town just a few steps from links to the public transport network and the most popular sights of interest in Milan. One highlight for tourists is the world's largest Gothic cathedral on the Piazza del Duomo. Especially impressive are La Scala theatre as well as the Santa Maria delle Grazie Church with Leonardo da Vinci's masterpiece, The Last Supper. The shopping district of Via Montenapoleone is also situated nearby and invites guests to enjoy extensive shopping trips.     Great location and place to stay in Milan! We stayed here for two nights and walked to the Duomo and Last supper sites. 15 min walk to Duomo and 30 mins to Last supper. We walked to the canal district too…great outdoor restaurants here. Room was small but clean. Breakfast buffet was outstanding!

    Great central location. You can walk to mostly everything. Nice breafast buffet with exceptional service in hotel. A small shower but overall nice clean and affordable.

    Nothing wrong with the hotel, advertised itself as a good 3* hotel, and it's exactly that. Comfortable room with decent space and amenities. Clean and tidy. Bed is large and comfy. Bathroom has a hot and powerful shower, cubicle is slightly small. Staff are all nice and welcoming. Check in process was easy. Only downside is the breakfast. The breakfast room is far too small for the number of guests at weekend. Food was limited at breakfast and plates ran out quickly. Not much choice and sometimes the food was cold.

    Advertised as “urban chic” this is code for “cramped and not luxurious.” The price is high, but then that’s Milan for you. It’s well located in the center near to the Santa Sofia metro station, its reception staff are indeed very cordial as others have noted, and the front lobby pleasant enough, though small and stocked with some out-of-date brochures – a pile of La Scala flyers for the 2024-2025 season, and mine was an October 2025 visit.The breakfast room in the basement is quite small and while the offerings are varied, they weren’t especially tasty (compared with my stay in another Milan hotel). The staff was attentive, though.The bedroom was a concern. The configuration was cramped, with a shower that would definitely NOT accommodate anyone of much girth! See the photo attached, with a shoe to indicate the size of the stall. Fixing the soap on the broad wall only made it more crowded: the shorter wall would have made more sense. Then the oversized wash basin protruded over the toilet: again, see photo. If you have to provide a ‘chic, boutique’ bathroom, this needs more planning for the layout.The bed was comfortable, and there were the usual amenities provided for a guest, so no complaints there. However, the walls/door don’t shut out the sound of guests in nearby rooms.In sum, not a horrible hotel and staffed with some very pleasant staff, but neither memorable nor especially appealing.
