This luxury hotel is located in the heart of Milan, about 800 m from Piazza San Babila, around 1 km from Via Montenapoleone, 1.5 km from the La Scala Theatre, and just a few minutes' walk from the famous cathedral (about 1.6 km) and the city's main fashion highlights. It is walking distance from many historical attractions, such as the Galleria d'Arte Moderna (1.3 km). The Sforzesco Castle and Milan Central Station are 3 km away and Milan Linate Airport is 6 km from the property.

The hotel was built in 1910. 3 junior suites, 5 suites and 77 double rooms are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift.     Best hotel I think we have ever stayed in!

    There was not a single fault with this hotel. It was a simply amazing stay. The location was perfect for a short 10 min walk to the Duomo. Restaurants and bars are close and is next to a tram stop and the metro. The staff were excellent. So helpful, attentive and courteous. From the reception, the dining, piano player, bar tenders, cleaners, everyone was 10/10. We ate in the Rubacuori, the food was excellent. We had the 'closed eyes' menu and every course was different and full of flavour. Definitely worth a try. The spa was fantastic. Used it a couple of times in our stay and my wife had the hot stone massage also. Steam room, sauna, floating pool relaxation area were all beautifully clean and really relaxing. The rooms. Again faultless. They upgraded us upon arrival without request which was nice. The room itself was spacious, had a good mini bar, big walk in shower and the bed was 10/10. You can order room service 24/7, although we didnt so cant comment on what you can order. The bar area is a beautiful place to be. A harpist at breakfast, piano player in the evening and some amazing cocktails Overall absolutely faultless stay and would love to stay again. Thank you to everyone at this hotel.

    After visiting this amazing and charming hotel since many years, I want to write this review as my gratitude for all the service we experienced every time during our stay.As from the moment the concierge opens the door for you at the entrance of the hotel, your journey begins, a soft fragrance gives you the first impression of this small castle in Milano, you get an instant feeling of a fairytale. The decoration is in every detail, depending on the season, the atmosphere is present, if it’s Valentine, Christmas, summer, Olympic Games, the decoration will bring you in the mood. The staff is always present for you as a guest, for whatever you may need, they are there to assist you with a warm smile. Every room has its own character, again, you feel like you are staying in castle from the fairytales. All is very clean, nice amenities, good quality of the cosmetic products, very soft bed linen to sleep like a roze. At breakfast you get culinary spoiled, a wide range of seasonal fruit, cheese, ham, local specialities, classic things… fresh juices, also for people with intolerance they have many options. The staff is happy to help you for any request you have. Also the restaurant is a great place for fine dining in a warm setting. The chef prepares delicious dishes with great flavors. The bar is a perfect idea to have a drink or coffee, the bar tenders prepare exclusive cocktails made with passion. With every drink you order they are offering small snacks accompanied with what you ordered. Also the Spa is a must do!!! I think it’s one of the best in town. You get all what you expect from a Spa to become zen. In total this hotel makes you feel relaxed, you can enjoy your stay in Milano on just 10 minutes walking to the center. It’s in very detail you get spoiled. This is our home in Milano since years and hopefully for many years to come. I can highly recommend this amazing hotel for your getaway in Milano.

    Exceptional hotel in Milan

    This is our first trip to Milan. Chateau Monfort feels like home. I hope it's clear what that means. This is a fabulous oasis of comfort. The breakfast is excellent; dinner in the bar area has been off the charts; the room is clean, quiet, and comfortable; the staff bend over backwards to take care of you; price is reasonable. The folks at the front desk helped us with all of our travel/dinner plans. Location is good -- 20 minute walk to Duomo; just a few miles from the airport. We will definitely stay here again.
