    Worst hotel I have ever been

    This was worst hotel experience.Rooms are small. I had to pay extra upon check in to get a room slightly larger - allowing both persons to get into bed without climbing on each other. The walls are very very thin, so we could hear the conversations from next room, not mentioning doors closing and dragging furnitures. The hotel is in a residential area, with nothing around. Only one decent pizzeria. No other restaurant, Cafe or Supermarket near by. Metro station is 15 minutes walk.Please note that evn the photos of the hotel are false. the street is narrow, without trees or grass presented.

    Paper thin walls & smells of damp

    This is a terrible hotel. No way it’s a 3-star. The walls are absolutely paper thin. You can hear absolutely everything from you adjoining and overhead neighbours. The bathrooms have no extractor fans and so the whole rooms just smells and feels damp. The rooms are small with TV’s mounted so high up on the wall you wouldn’t watch it. The staff were friendly - can’t complain there. But this is a poor hotel. Won’t ever stay again

    Everything was not bad apart from fridge in out room...didn't work ! It's a bit hard when it's 30 degrees outside. Staff was friendly and helpful. Localisation wasn't bad at all. Great bar near Cenisio metro station. When u coming to Milan all things are ten times better anyway!

    We visited here in February it’s a couple of miles out of centre but trams going in sand out but plenty of places nearby to eat and shop. The staff always polite and helpful the room was small and the walls seemed very thin so could hear noice from neighbours rooms and I am sure they could hear us. The hotel was clean and tidy and the room was made up every day so that was fine. Not sure I would stay here again but it all depends where you want to be in the city.

    Worst customer service ever - and worst over all experience in my entire life. In association with Agoda, this hotel made a double reservation in our name. We tried to reserve a room at Hotel Corallo. After putting in all of our informations including our credit number, we were told that there had been a mistake and that the reservation had been cancelled. Therefore we tried to book the room again using another credit card, since the reservation had been cancelled the first time. After we put in all of our informations again and used another credit card we were told that we got through and that the reservation was confirmed. However after a couples of minutes we received not one but TWO confirmations on rooms at the hotel in Milan. So the hotel has withdrawn money from both of our accounts which means we now have to pay double the price of the room at the hotel, and we only need one room, which also is exactly what we booked!!! The hotel refuses to do anything about the situation - and the customer service is very rude and keep interrupting whenever we speak over the phone!!! Also he speaks very condescendingly.Stay far away from Hotel Corallo! They will do what ever it takes to scam you from your money!!!
