    Terrible…avoid at all cost!

    Terrible…facilities, staff, cost…you don’t even get what you pay in advance for. Air conditioning didn’t work, suggested we keep trying to turn it on intermittently throughout the night, when it was plus 30C and then no apology, recompense and left to feel we were in the wrong. Came away so upset by their disgusting attitude and treatment towards me.

    Not as close to the heart of Navigli as imagined but a good stay

    The place is clean and so convenient to the metro and bus lines! However, it advertises that it is in the heart of Navigli, and for that you have a one stop metro ride. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We liked our room. The advantage of not being in the heart of Navigli is that it is quiet and the price is right.

    Good public transport. Well managed and maintained. Rooms clean. Staff helpful and willing to accommodate special requests. Very generous, buffet breakfast that caters for all tastes. Would recommend.

    Nice hotel near metro

    The Hotel is only 5 min. walk from metro. The room was clean, big enough and with a nice bath room. The quality/preis was quite good for a city like Milan.In the room we slept so good because was really quiet.The staff are not so friendly specially at night.The breakfast is not include.The hotel is a little bit outside from the center but near the metro.

    We checked in late afternoon, all fast and efficient, the lift to the floors is small, very small, 2 blokes and 2 bags, and its full. The room again on the small size. All the normal facilities, AC took some working out, but was good and quiet too. Free wifi in the room made up for no English channels on the TV. The breakfast was ok, hot bread rolls/pastries, meat, cheese and hard boiled eggs, also tea/coffee and juices and yogurts.The location to the Famagosta Metro station is within a couple of minutes walking. 1.50 euro each and 15 minutes and your in the city centre enjoying the cultural marvels that Milan offers.
