    Close to the famous Amaretti shop

    Breakfast may be an issue, with cappuccino from the machine in an Italian place. Price is very good but needs refurbishment. Kind people servicing otherwise.     Disappointing stay

    Cheap and nasty. We had booked some weeks ago, but when we arrived at 8.30pm, our rooms had not been allocated. Staff were unhelpful. There were no cups, glasses or tissues in the room and the minibar fridge was not working properly. The bathroom bench was badly cracked and the soft plastic bedhead was gashed. The carpets were old, very faded, thin and stained. There were no tea or coffee making facilities, either in the rooms or in reception. We asked for some cups, as there was nothing in the rooms for us to drink from, and were grudgingly given 2 flimsy disposable plastic cups, yet we found out next morning that there were plenty of glasses right next door to reception in the breakfast room.     Once a good hotel, now seeing its sunset

    This hotel used to be our first choice when staying in Saronno. We've stayed several times and we've experienced the drop in quality and standard in the rooms and breakfast offer. The hotel needs quality control, bathrooms are getting worse every year and food found for breakfast too. The hotel is located close to the motorway and it's not too far from the city centre. A grocery super store is on the other side of the road making this hotel perfectly located in Saronno. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There's enough free parking in front of the hotel. Rooms are clean and functional but if toilet and bathroom is important to you when choosing where to stay, there are better hotels for almost the same price in Saronno.     I am very dissapointed with the quality of breakfast. For the first time in a Italian hotels there in such a very unappetizing coffe, poor breakfast (We are a group of tourists), plastic glasses and an unwashed forks. Very inadequate level for a 4-star hotel.     Clean and nice rooms. Rooms are large enough for move freely with bags....Especially restaurant staff are very kind and helpful...We had Just one night in hotel but so glad to come..Meals were tasty.
