    One of the worse hotel never seen !Staff incredible rudely.Rooms dirty, small and such a terrible smell !Incredible experience : one of the worst of my life. They prefer had 20 minuscule rooms usefulness then some normals rooms. very hard pillow

    Despite being is a busy city of Milan, this hotel isn’t open 24hrs. We had an evening flight to Milan and due to delays, we did not get to the hotel until 11:12. The hotel closes from 11pm-7am and they informed us via email at 10pm…We were stuck outside calling with no answer and no response. They left two girls stuck in Milan with nowhere to stay in the middle of the night leaving us distressed and potentially in danger. The emails we received the next day were blunt and unhelpful and just generally out a downer the our holiday. I would strongly urge you to reconsider booking this hotel.

    Couldn't get in, had to find another hotel even though I'd pre paid.

    Turned up 15 minutes late and the hotel was closed. Even though the room was pre paid for 3 nights it seems that paying over 400 euro (which I doubt I'll see again) wasn't enough to warrant a phone call for an explanation. 11:15pm and the place is closed for the night and I had to find another hotel. I can't really comment on the rooms I never got to see one, to be honest I don't think I ever will!

    Lovely small hotel in a very good location in Milan. Close to the metro but only 25 mins from the centre. Exceptionally clean and very friendly. Parking and they allow dogs. A very good place to stay to see the sites of Milan. We would definitely stay here again.

    This hotel does not deserve the 3 stars they show or the very expensive rate we paid.Grotty entrance and reception area- they actually share the lift with an apartment block next door. Thin walls, we could hear ALL the body noises next door , taps flowing and comings and goings in the corridor.I did not even try the breakfast since the area was not very attractive- the area has beautiful cafés where complete breakfasts cost between 5 and 8 Euros.to be avoided!
