    I'd emailed the hotel a week prior to make sure that they had 2 x twin beds ready for my room, I got no response and on arrival, the room had a single bed. Reception said they could do nothing until the next morning. The breakfast was very mediocre and the service substandard. No common courtesy from the staff at the hotel. I will not be staying here again.

    Nice hotel in a quiet region with all facilities of excellent public transport ( metro, tramway, bus) in a a couple of minutes walk.Very good continental breakfast.
