    Decent hotel near Milan. Room was ok. Only bad thing of this place is the location. When you buy a city metro ticket you can’t reach the closest station because it is out of the city zone. Now you need to go to a station earlier, which is about 1,5 km walking uphill..

    Lovely hotel, perfect for a weekend away

    We stayed at this hotel for a few days in September and it was lovely. There is a receptionist present 24 hours a day, who can advise with using the metro and local amenities! The breakfast included was yummy and the serving staff very helpful. The room was clean and provided everything we needed. Very good value for money, would highly recommend!

    We fully enjoyed our stay at this little hotel. The breakfast was perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was near a Metro stop (but not too close). There are several little restaurants on the same street. Parking on the premises. The room was clean and sufficient. The bathroom was small but everything else made up for that.     Worst hotel - Terrible staff

    We ran into a big problem with them that we had to call the police on them on our checkout, since they wanted to force and forced us to pay in cash and they were refusing any master card or ... This delay by not letting us go out of the hotel cause us lose our flight. Extremely rude staff and owner. Worst experience ever 0/10 europa120, Responsabile reception at Hotel Europa, responded to this review First of all, it was to be expected that you pay in hotel on the day of your check-out but you leave without saying anything. It is normal we ask the money from your girlfriend that you left her alone. We try to charge the amount from your credit card but did not works due to your bank settings which doesn’t allow to take it without the credit card in our hands. We try to solve the problem but you scream and shout on the phone. We didn’t want you to pay by cash but we want only you to pay the room. You wrote that you called the police but we called them. It’s not true that you lost the flight because the policeman ask you for the ticket but you didn’t show anything. The truth is you created the problem to the point that the police came here again the night after to ask if you come back to disturb us. Your behavior was arrogant and childish and you are our worst guest ever.

    Near the metro but not great!

    The staff are friendly and the location is fairly good- near the metro although just out of the catchment for the urban day ride ticket. It was the cheapest hotel we could find online at late notice. The breakfast was ok, nice coffee, juice and a selection of pastries although slightly stale. The major problem was the smell of smoke in the room and bathroom- it was just overwhelming. The bathroom is quite grubby and I don’t like throws/blankets that obviously don’t get washed but there was only one sheet otherwise and it was very cold! There’s only a net for a curtain so the room is very light from early on. For a budget hotel and if just staying one or two nights, it’s ok!
