    Solid efficient hotel with some quirks.

    Business orientated hotel, with the reception and bar area being very open and quite sterile in my opinion. Rececption was very fast and efficient, well done! I stayed on the eighth floor. Big room, separate bathroom. Big standalone bath, no separate shower unit...you shower in the bath (not seen that before). Unusual light switches that I couldn't figure out. Are these common in Italy? Breakfast was fine, good range and selection. Solid efficient hotel with some quirks.

    I use to come for several years in this hotel and I was satisfied.Disappointing stay last week end.Quality of services has decreased.Bedroom was smelling bad and carpet was wet.Shower tube needs renovation, cracks and mold.Too bad.

    I stayed here for 3 nights for work - I hope I don’t have to stay here again.Plus points: the gym equipment is ok.Cons: really tired/dated, carpets faded and dirty…my shower pulsed hot/freezing every few seconds…”restaurant” is sparse and food pretty mediocre. Literally in the middle of a bleak industrial estate…a colleague arrived Sunday and was told no food served; they drove him to Burger King which was only place to eat nearby.Not a bad hotel, but just very basic and entry level. Not an enjoyable stay and I’m now trying to arrange our January work event for a different country to avoid having to come back to this hotel.

    Comfortable hotel, worst staff ever seen

    Comfortable hotel but not helping staff.I arrived, it is not my first time here.On my floor there was a very bad cigar smelling.I went to the reception to indicate the problem.They don’t even disturb themselves to come to see for themselves if my indication was real.Considering is a not smoking hotel I expected them to perform some kind of inspection.I hope there is no fire during the night, as the hotel has moquette on the room floor. A little bit outdated.The rest is ok, but considering the price of the room I expected to be more customer oriented.

    I have been in this hotel because it is close to a customer.The hotel is very convenient for those arriving from the motorway. The rooms are adequate for the standard (4 stars) of the hotel. They are clean, soundproofed, tidy and complete with all services (wi-fi, TV, laundry, safe, air conditioning, etc ..). There is also a spa with a steam room, sauna, and hot tub.The staff is very nice to the guests.The bar is also nice, and run by nice and professional staff.Unfortunately I was unable to try the restaurant inside. Maybe next time. It is located on the eleventh floor (where breakfast is also served) and offers a very nice view of the surroundings.
