    Nice place central location close to central station and bus stop also wooden tram which goes directly to duomo busy area helpful staff and decent serviceWill definitely visit again

    Very nice hotel 5 min from the station ,small rooms but nice and clean everything worked ,TV ,fridge ,shower,friendly helpful staff ,breakfast looked reasonable though I did not have it ,plenty of restaurants near ,

    Lovely Team, mega clean.. and excellent value for money.. Traveled with my 8year son- everyone was so nice and made sure we get a great stay. Very near to the center and in front of the Main Train Station (just as we needed for our journey).Nice, quality and generous breakfast too… Would be easier if you could set a larger termoflaske with tea/ americano coffee too, for refill instead of personally serving- but this also makes it more luxurious so you see… Thank you for the stayCheersCeleste and Samuel

    Never in my life had I such a terrible hotel experience! The room was dirty, mouldy, the floor had wholes in the laminate, the bathroom was bad. Their web site informs that it is a 3 star hotel, but the conditions that were met, do not confirm this. for 130EUR one can find a better place. Like it could not be worse, the receptionists are really rude, the way they treat the customers needs to be improved. I left the hotel after two hours, as my friends arranged me something else. Absolute nightmare...

    We stayed in this hotel for One week . Few people available . Cleaning was not the best. Personally not the best we tried so far.
