The hotel is located just a few minutes from the centre of Milan, and is nestled into the green surroundings of Parco Nord (North Park). It is situated 1 km from the Sesto Rondò metro station and also offers great tram links into Milan city centre. The hotel is around 15 km from Linate Airport, and approximately 45 km from Malpensa Airport.

Facility

78 rooms, including 12 junior suites, 12 suites, 22 single rooms and 30 double rooms, are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities.     Gorgeous hotel but do note location

    Historic building converted into a hotel with beautiful surroundings. Big sized rooms and a good breakfast. Location on the outskirts and a 10min walk to nearest metro which is fine in the light of day but not so nice when sun sets. I would recommend getting a taxi or uber if staying late. Staff were very helpful.

    We stayed at Grand Hotel Toretta Curio by Hilton for my birthday and it was the best experience.I was accompanied by my sister, Anita was an absolute star, she checked us in and she was there when we left too. She always had a nice smile and some kind words when we passed by the reception.Stefano was absolutely amazing too. Very professional and friendly. He helped us seamlessly every time when we needed something.We also had dinner at the bar. Ciro made the best Hugo spritz of Milano and had such a warm personality.At breakfast Georgia helped us with a beautiful smile, she was so lovely.All together everyone we met from housekeeping to front desk went above and beyond to make sure our stay is special.Thank you again for making my birthday super special.

    Gold medal experience during our Milan visit

    We had a wonderful week-long stay at the Grand Hotel Villa Torretta Milan Sesto, Curio Collection by Hilton during our recent Winter Olympics trip. It truly felt like a hidden gem and was a perfect base camp for us. The hotel is within pleasant walking distance of ATM Bignami Station, making it easy to get into the city while enjoying a quieter setting.The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the continental breakfast was a hearty and reliable start to each morning. Our room was spacious and charming, with beautiful exposed wood-beam ceilings that made it feel more like we were staying in Cortina than Milan.Our only minor gripe was the spotty WiFi, which occasionally went down for several hours at a time. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return.

    Closed Restaurant, Approved Cancellation, No Refund

    The hotel was clearly operating with reduced services and staff over the holidays, yet attempted to generate the same turnover and pricing as during normal operation. Reduced operations are acceptable only if guests are clearly informed in advance and/or rates are adjusted. Neither happened.Despite half board being booked, the restaurant was closed, which was disclosed only at check-in. Alessandro, the responsible person on duty, handled the situation professionally, understood the impact of the reduced services, and approved our cancellation.Subsequently, Mr. Gaspari, who was not present at the hotel due to being on holiday, refused to accept that the reduced services and closed restaurant were part of the booked package and therefore a valid reason for cancellation with refund. His attempts to justify withholding the paid amount after an approved departure are unacceptable and highly unprofessional.This situation should have been resolved immediately by Hilton-level management. A property operating as a “Grand Hotel” deserves leadership that takes responsibility and acts accordingly.
