  Perfect place for a cool city break

  I really don't understand why this Hotel has had so many bad reviews. The staff were all lovely and so helpful. The Hotel was clean and I honestly didn't expect so much choice for a breakfast, it was hard to choose what to have. The location means it's easy to get to, you just look for Central Station on the Metro and you cannot go wrong. I would definitely go back to stay there again. There is an Aldi just down the road for some late night supplies too. We were constantly surprised at how quiet Milan was for a city and the Hotel had a peaceful quality to it, just the thing for a city break.

  Just don't.. poor at best

  Very average. This is not a 4 star rated hotel. I have stayed in 3 star hotels with better quality than this. But firstly, the reception staff were lovely and that's about it. It's more about what they didn't offer as a 4 star hotel. No kettle and tea/coffee facilities in the room. You had to request that. When it did arrive 2 days later, paper cups (2) and no milk, only herbal tea. The room is average. The breakfast is poor. Thankfully we did not pre pay for breakfast, we did however have it on our last morning. We were not informed on arrival that there is a special deal if you pre book the day before so we were charged 50€. The bacon was sitting in oil, the cakes were clearly not fresh, not a lot of fruit on offer. Very disappointed as I expected more for a hotel of this rating in Milan.

  Location, location, location. It’s everything!

  We loved staying in this hotel. The location is fabulous. The staff are amazing. The breakfast on the 11th floor is well worth the money. Only problem we did find was the pressure in the shower wasn’t as consistent as it probably could’ve been, however the views from the bedrooms, the cleanliness of the rooms, everything was pretty much perfect.

  A Hotel With Good Location

  Location is unbeatable- cross the traffic junction and you are at Milano Centrale Train Station, for tourists pulling luggage this is a plus point, the Metro and trains to other destinations are right there. The hotel is clean, simple and the area is SAFE. The staff are also helpful and kind. Next, location again- across the street is a nice food place, pizza, pasta, steaks, snacks. The heater works in winter ! I saw travellers from Asia and Europe here, a great place if Milano Centrale is your base.

  Warm Place and Great Staff

  The hotel perfectly located in the central of Milano, just next to the central train station. The room is beyond the average. Value / quality ratio is also great.The atmosphere of the hotel is cheerfull too. The only downside is that the lobby is to small and located to the entrance. It is not bad at all, but if you planning to use as a lounge it is not to place to spend some time to relax, other than your room.You can find anywhere nearby, even Venice, Verona, Florence just couple of minutes away...For business trip to city escape, or day trip in Milano, using as a central point for your visit to North Italy.The staff are great, and I thanks to Roberto specially for helping me during my visit.I will definitely come back and see you soon guys.Cheers !!!
