    Good location, just a bad housekeeping standard

    The hotel is walkable from Centrale Milan Station with next to Aldy supermarket and lots of eateries. Giulia in the receptionist was sincere and kind. The rooms we use were spacious but the housekeeping crew was bad! No water replacements! The glasses and cups were not washed during our stays. So it’s not a satisfying stay.     Top notch teamwork and a lovely vibe

    Had a absolutely fantastic time at the Hilton Milan. The location is spot on, but it’s the staff who truly steal the show; the teamwork here is brilliant.Checking in was a breeze thanks to a wonderfully warm welcome from Fabiana, who set a lovely tone for the whole trip. We ran into a couple of minor hiccups during our stay, but Leonardo was an absolute star and sorted everything out for us in no time. The Concierge crew were also incredibly helpful, dishing out excellent local tips and proper good information whenever we popped by.The icing on the cake was our early morning checkout. The team thoughtfully packed us some lovely breakfast boxes and gave us a wonderful send off, which completely made our morning. A cracking hotel with a super-friendly team!     Great stay at the hotel. The location is very convenient, just a few minutes’ walk to the train station. Special thanks to Andrea Fasano at the Executive Lounge who was working alone during our visit but still provided efficient, friendly, and attentive service throughout.     Can't go wrong at the Hilton Milan

    Excellent location, about 15 minutes by cab from the Duomo/Galleria area, real short cab from train station (could just walk, really). Service is great, too, esp. Chiara at the front desk. Concierge was also helpful during our brief, two-night stay with practical suggestions. Room was spacious, clean, comfortable, & well-appointed. They got you covered: mini-fridge, safe, hair dryer, outlets galore!. Top notch hotel at reasonable rate.
