  Aircondition wasn’t on and it is cooking hot at the room, when i first asked they said people at the hotel did not want the air conditioning and later told me it is the regulation of the city even though !!

  We booked two nights at this hotel in June as part of a high school reunion tour planned for the end of August. In the lead-up, our organiser exchanged numerous emails with the hotel regarding room allocations and car park requirements.We drove from Geneva to Milan, arriving on 30 August slightly before the 2 pm check-in time. As expected, we couldn’t check in early. However, upon arrival, we were informed that one of our reserved rooms was unavailable for the first night. Instead, we were given a replacement room on level 2, while our friends in the other room were on level 4.The substitute room was extremely disappointing; it looked like a makeshift setup with a metal-framed bed and a thin ribbed mattress. We had to use the duvet padding to make it remotely comfortable, and the room itself was so cramped that we could hardly move around. (I’ve attached photos comparing the proper room on level 4 with the much smaller replacement on level 2.) To make matters worse, the towels provided were ripped, and the shower door was both narrow and broken. Thankfully, for the second night, we were moved to a proper room on the same floor as our friends.Parking was another headache. The underground car park had very low clearance, and since we had a 4WD with overhead storage, it took nearly an hour to resolve the issue and find a workable solution.Breakfast was included in our package, but since we had to leave at 6:15 am the next morning, we requested a takeaway breakfast box. The afternoon shift staff member (I believe his name was Florentine) flatly refused, saying it wasn’t his problem that we were leaving early.Overall, the service and facilities were far below what you’d expect in one of Italy’s major cities. This is very much a budget hotel, but with a price tag that doesn’t match the quality. Unless you have absolutely no other option, I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

  Avoid this place!!Staff is rude and the hotel is it not 4 Stars ,rooms are dirty awful atmosphere there is no restaurant just a very poor breakfast the manager of this place just doesn't know what customer service is there are better places around

  had a terrible experience with Mohinba Hotels Baviera Milan, which I booked through Hotels.com. Upon arrival on night time we were unexpectedly charged an additional 50 EUR, which was never mentioned during the booking process. Moreover, we only received one room key, even though we had booked three rooms. The next morning, the hotel claimed we had agreed to an "upgrade" to a single room, which we never requested.The room we were given was extremely small, in poor condition, and nothing like what was advertised. The total cost for just one night was 290 EUR—far higher than the listed prices for even their best rooms.The hotel refused to address our concerns or offer any resolution. When we reached out to Hotels.com for assistance, we were simply told that nothing could be done. This is unacceptable, as we made the reservation through their platform, trusting their service and protection.I strongly advise against booking this hotel and urge Hotels.com to take responsibility for ensuring fair treatment of their customers. I am requesting a full refund for the extra charges and compensation for the subpar service.

  BED BUGS!!!

  Be aware of BED BUGS!!!Before considering booking a room at this hotel, think twice, the beds are full of BED BUGS!!! They bitten me twice and the reception staff were not surprised at all, I had to go to the pharmacy to by pills to reduce the inflamation. They ruined my trip and never coming back here.
