    The webpage said the hotel had restaurant and bar, but when we arrived both were closed for good.The room was clean and airconditioned.The breakfast was good.But the best was the service from the afternoon/evening portiere, Vittoria!

    My journey was difficult due to bad weather and I was soaked through on arrival. I was greeted by a lovely man on reception, Jean, who was so helpful and had the biggest smile. After the journey, he really made my day. He was attentive and very informative. The breakfast isn’t great, but you can choose from hot or cold buffet style, with plenty of fruit, cereal, pastries etc. the room is well equipped and the bed was so comfortable. The view from my room was of the lake, which is beautiful. It’s about 45-60 minutes to the centre of Milan but quite easy with a travel pass.

    Hotel staff turned off heating in all rooms although it was freezing. As a result, all six in our party became ill. Front-desk staff told us that the heating was controlled by a computer and could not be turned up. Because of the cold, our rooms were also humid. Very uncooperative staff. The only professional person of the entire staff was the young lady who worked at the restaurant.Will never return and will never recommend to others.

    I had just nice experience. Breakfasts were really delicious and colourfull. I was enjoy really tasty coffe times in every moments. All the days I finished with quality sleep because of quit place around hotel and inside hotel.

    Nice hotel with bad location

    We were in this hotel for a three days/nights. Stayed in a room at 2nd floor with a partly view at a lake. Room itself is ok, but we have had a problem with a bathroom heather so, it was a little bit cold there. Employes were notified about that, but until our departure it wasn't fixed. As for employes, they are very polite, they are all speaking english very well so, no problem regarding that part. Breakfast was very good, tasty, there was also a lot of fruits, so there is everything for everyone.Why Average? Location. Location is terrible if you don't have a car. For neareast city bus you must walk almost 10 minutes, and then when you get to the bus, you must go all way to the last stop to get to the subway and then to drive again for around 15 minutes. Basicly, from hotel to Piazza del Duomo somewhere around 50 minutes that includes walking, waiting for city bus, driving with it, and than the subway.Any way, for this price it was nice, but you must think twice about staying here just because of the location. Everything else is very fine for that price.
