    Advice : Find another hotel

    The reservation of my colleague was cancelled without telling us in advance. Impossible to pay the tax by card only cash but the person at the lobby do not have change. And cannot give a receipt or proof of payment. We had to argue to have right back our identity card because the person at the lobby wanted to keep it all night. Room was ok, very clean same for the sheets. Very noisy at night from the road. When you take your shower there is water everywhere. Breakfast is ok.

    old dirty rooms and linens , bathroom to be renewed and in very bad hygienic conditions, no fresh water from taps, no min bar and terrible king size mattress made by 2 single old mattress . staff really unprofessional and lazy I suggest to avoid this accomodation in Milan

    THIS HOTEL MAXIMUM 1 STARFirst :- the AC wasn’t working Second :- the smell of the bathroom was too bad to handleThird :- the cleaning of the room was very badForth :- there wasn’t any cupboard in the room just only a couple of clothes hanger on the wall as per the attached photos from the client room

    I have just finished my stay at the hotel and will not be returning. The guy on reception when I arrived was rude. The hotel room was dated, the bathroom is in desperate need on renovation. I don’t know who they designed the toilets for but it was the most uncomfortable experience I’ve ever had. The air conditioning might as well of not been there, the room was as hot as the outside temperature and despite asking the staff if there was anything that could be done nothing seemed to happen. Also the remote for the tv was not in the room. I requested for another remote to be told there was nothing that could be done. There are plenty of other cheaper hotels in Milan and I would recommend to stay in one of the others!

    Design does not help bathroom function

    The bathroom design is so bad. The toilet pod was uncomfortable to sit. The shower head was set on the wall close to the sink without shower box, so, everywhere in the bathroom was wet.Breakfast was full of sweets, and no vegetables at all.Location is good. There is a tram stop in front of the hotel and it was very convenient to go to the Milano center.
