  Great hotel and location for city centre and San Siro

  Really lovely clean hotel, triple room was plenty big enough, large bathroom. Great quality breakfast, with savoury and sweet options. Safe neighbourhood. 1 minute walk from Amendola metro stop. Very easy to use the new metro line from Linate airport. 10 mins into Duomo, 30 flat easy walk from San Siro. Half the price of hotels in the centre of Milan.

  Disgusting, Unsafe, and Unprofessional – A Nightmare Stay

  This is not a hotel, especially not a 3-star one. Prepare yourself for a nightmare if you plan to sleep here. The sheets smelled awful, making it hard to breathe. The staff were unprofessional and unfriendly. We had to leave immediately after checking in because it was impossible to stay under those conditions. The shower was filthy, and we didn’t dare to use it. When we asked for help, they said there was nothing they could do because the booking was non-refundable, so we left and forfeited the three nights we paid for. Our health and safety were more important. The staff made no effort to accommodate us. If you value your health, safety, and money, do not book this place. I wish I could upload pictures of their disgusting shower. It was a horrible experience, especially since it ruined my birthday in Milan. This is a MOTEL, not a hotel.

  Hotel was booked for 1 night for 5 guys to watch AC Milan. we arrived early and was met with a friendly welcome and the rooms were available - so we were given the keys. we were given advice on where to go and local restaurants. Andrea and Chantal were great and couldnt help us enough.although the rooms were basic, they were clean and everything worked.Highly recommend if on a budget and loved the staff

  Awful.This hotel room was truly disgusting. If it was a budget hostel I would still be complaining.Firstly, this hotel is not cheap so you do expect a certain level of decency. Upon arrival the guy at reception will do very little in regards to customer service or even bother with eye contact. You will then proceed into what is a dated hotel with no amenities.Upon entering the room you won’t be finding much at all, this only highlights the amount of disrepair and uncleanliness of your room. The smell of mould will soon catch your attention and lead you into what is the most offensive bathroom I have ever seen. Mould on every surface and cracks in the toilet. No attempt has been made to clean away the mouldiness for update any of the broken things such as the toilet seat, shower door or manky handles. This bathroom was a health hazard and should not be functioning as a vacant room.If you can endure the filth don’t expect a good night sleep, the property has a vintage lift which will keep you awake alongside heavy doors being slammed. If there is a respite in internal movements the busy road and junction outside is more than enough to keep you awake.As for the location, there is literally nothing nearby, no shops no restaurants no places of interest.Avoid.

  Great place to stay for conference at conf ctr

  I had such a lovely stay. The staff were so delightful and made me feel so welcome. The rooms was a good size, quiet and very comfortable. The breakfast is ample and the sweets change from day to day though other aspects don't change. Very close to conference centre. Lots of local restaurants and a supermarket. Can walk to middle of Milan - about 45min. Nice walk. 5-10min on metro. About 5-10min walk to conf centre depending on the entrance you can use at conf centre. Wifi generally good but sometimes a bit patchy. I've rated value for money as poor as the price increased a lot as I was attending a very popular conference (which is fair enough). Price was much better for the 2 nights I stayed outside of the conference period.
