  I have booked 5 nights in the hotel with the policy that i can cancel for free 5 days before the day of arriving but they have already took the many from my visa. The photos that i have put to prove it. My holiday is from 18 to 23 December 2019.

  Disgusting room , simply no cleaning . This hotel has bed bugs and the room was full of ants and mosquitoes . The bathroom was stinking and pathetic . they gave us a damaged fan and refused to give anything else in extreme summer evening. The stay here was a disgusting beyond imagination. Please avoid . I will never ever stay here again even if they offer it for free !

  The hotel is close to Brenta metro station (M3 Line). There are supermarket, McDonald's and some other pizzerias, gelatories, cafes nearby the hotel. The room was cleaned two days in a row. The staff were nice and gentle.The bathroom in the room is so narrow that you can't move properly. The rooms that are on the Corsa Lodi roadside are noisy. On Saturday night, at 03:00 am, there were black men playing music and shouting on the road. Air conditions are in extra charge in Milano, which is to make the hot weather into money.

  Hotel del Sud is situated on a lovely street with a very good connection to the rest of the city via metro line M3 that is literally 3 mins from the hotel (Brenta Station). It's also very close to a supermarket which can come in handy. I liked that it was clean and most important for me: it had a private bathroom. The batrhoom is very small, true, but it's clean and it's really all you need for a short stay. The owner was very polite and really helpful. The only real problem to it was the very loud and busy street. Due to the very hot weather and the lack of the AC the window had to stay open and italian people really don't sleep! It was very difficult to rest properly. Other than that I was really pleased with the room.P.S. If you have a problem with heat I wouldn't recommend in the summer. The room was equipped with a fan but it was almost useless.Or ask for a room with AC

  I have stayed in this hotel 2 times and just for few nights or overnight it is very good and cheap. Also a good location, very easy to get there from Central station by metro and easy to find. Restaurants all around and a nice street. Anyhow, don't have any complains.
