    Not good, far away from tourism

    Not a nice room, far away from all touristic places. Old infrastructure. Bathroom with kind of dirty vibes. If it had a better location, maybe you could start thinking about this option. But it’s too fa away from Duomo and Vittorio Emmanuele.

    Booked flights and hotel through Opodo. It all seemed crazily cheap, but I wasn't going to complain about that. Got to hotel, and there was no reservation for me. The lady at the hotel did try to see where the problem was, but when she couldn't I was turned away from the hotel quite rudely.I will take this up with the travel company, but surely if the hotel are happy to accept bookings through this company they have to take some responsibility for this farce.

    Really old hotel and little rooms without any facilities and was dark and not so clean. Breakfast was not bad. Staff was not friendly. Location was good and near the tram station. Price of stay not worth it! I dont recommend this hotel at all. You can enjoy other hotels in Milan.

    We stayed in this hotel in December 2019. Check in and check out were faultless. Very clean place, just a stroll away from a supermarket and a local market with fresh food and veg and lots of antiques. We went to Como and had a lovely walk early in the morning to the train station. The City centre is also ony a 15-20 minutes walk away. The only issue I had was to work out how their plugs were working...It took the receptionists 5 times to hand me in the correct UK adaptor. Nevermind. Would visit again with great pleasure, as we felt very welcome.

    Excellent location, green landscape around Piazza de Susa, avaible Carrefour next door, specious room, good room supplies, excellent helpful customer service, delicious breakfast, very smooth check in and check out, valuable room rate... I enjoyed my stay and for sure will be back
