    I had a great experience staying with hotel metrò, friendly staff. I especially love my breakfast experience, watching how the staff interacting with guests like they are friends. the front desk staff are very helpful. the room is comfortable, shower is great. the only thing that bothers me is probably the early tram noise that woke me up early.

    On the metro line at ‘Wagner’ good access around the city. Plenty of shops and restaurants around. Have to mention the noise from the tram on the main road. Very loud. However, the room although small was clean and tidy. The hostess and breakfast was fantastic. The breakfast room was stunning and the continental offerings were delicious.

    theft inside the hotel!

    A serious incident of theft involving a guest occurred inside the hotel. The staff did not make themselves available to help and refused to call the police when requested by the guests. There are indications of possible involvement of hotel staff in the incident. I strongly recommend looking for other hotels in the area and avoiding staying at this one.

    We checked into this hotel and had to take a lift which is more similar to a phone box up to our floor.On entering the room, there was a splattered mosquito in the top corner which hadnt been cleaned. This was shortly joined by 3 more of his splattered mates as we battled our way to clear the room, I can only assume the staff left the windows or doors open whilst cleaning.As for the room itself, it was on the small side but this isnt the end of the world really. The main issues for us were the 'double' bed having a huge dip in the middle from 2 single beds being poorly joined together. Coupling this with the worlds loudest air con meant a couple of difficult nights sleep. The bathroom was boiling hot but did include the worlds only asthmatic hair dryer which can dry your head in as little as 5 hours. There was also an ants nest in the wall which meant you were never lonely in the shower as there would always be a couple of these little guys to keep you company.We didnt try the breakfast or bar so i cant comment on this but id recommend paying the bit extra and staying somewhere else
