    I'm fussy when it comes to hotels. My room was mostly quiet and overlooking the lovely garden. The rooms are well appointed with nice beds, though the mattress is a little firm for my taste. The water fell back away from the drain in my shower, a bit / The shower itself is great. If the neighbours scrape their furniture, as the floors are some kind of faux marble (I think), you will hear this (my neighbours were pretty considerate). The cleaners slam the hoovers about, quite a bit in the morning, but they do a great job. The reception staff are very pleasant and helpful. It's a cracking location, just a few minutes walk from the key central sites. Breakfast is very good. It's good value compared with the other hotels and B&B's that I studied in Milan. I'd certainly stay here again, if I return to Milan.

    We stayed at this wonderful hotel for eight nights and loved it. It has the best location in Milan - a few minutes walk to the Duomo and a few minutes wall to the Castle. Our room was spacious and very quiet. The buffet breakfast was good and the service was excellent. We especially want to thank Sandra for all her help. It is now our favorite hotel in Milan.

    We stayed here for 3 nights in the Suite La Scala and were very pleased with our experience. The front desk staff were all very friendly and helped us with recommendations in the city, as well as with checking our luggage at check-in and check-out. They were also able to arrange a taxi for us very quickly.The room itself was quite spacious, with a private balcony. The room was very clean and had a modern aesthetic to it. The bed was quite comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great. The breakfast was also very good, with the staff working the room being helpful and quick to get coffees when ordered. They also give a free drink every night and the bartender was very friendly. The location was absolutely perfect for exploring Milan. We would definitely stay here again!

    Double room was a good size and I was able to book it on a single occupancy basis. Shower was large, had hot water and good pressure. Comfortable bed. Clean. Quiet. Very good selection of toiletries provided. Welcoming, helpful and friendly staff. A free drink at the bar each evening was a lovely addition. Breakfast was varied and included gluten free options. Croissants very fresh! Coffee a bit hit and miss given this is Italy, although weirdly I found the same throughout Milan!About 5 mins walk to Duomo. Rooftop access to Duomo is worth the ticket price. Plenty of restaurants to choose from within 10 mins walk. Central Station is approx EUR20 in an Uber/35 mins walk.

    Amazing hotel

    We had an amazing stay especially as when we arrived we were upgraded to a suite. The hotel provides a free mini bar with soft drinks and water. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very quiet.Every evening your first drink at the bar is free.Ideal location for Duomo Cathedral , we used uber for places to far to walk.Would highly recommend this hotel which should be a 4 star not 3
