    We booked a girls holiday to visit a friend in Milan for 3 nights but unfortunately this hotel ruined our holiday, forcing us to book new flights home. DO NOT BOOK HERE. We only stayed 1 night as on the second night we were woken up by bed bugs… when inspecting the room they were everywhere! All over the room and our suitcases…. When leaving the room at 3am the hotel did not have anyone on the desk to talk to so we were forced to stay in their bedbug infested lobby until 8:30am to talk to the manager. We were reassured that we would receive a refund but this is all lies as we haven’t received a penny. The bed bug infestation has been going on for many years and the hotel are not willing to sort it, I had over 40 bed bug bites from staying here. The aircon does not work either.

    Disgusting ticks (zecche) full of blood in bedroom. When we showed the videos to the receptionist she offered us a free breakfast. Wow.This deserves a visit from local health authorities.Disgusting and unacceptable. See photos for proof.

    This hotel service took my credit card details without my permission, then they charged my account with city tax for four other people (40€) who wasn't my group of people. At the end no refunds, poor contact, simply saying THIEFS.

    They Charge to Iron your Clothes!

    Disappointing and horrible service! We check in here last night and to start off, the hallways are so dark, it’s like a horror movie. Not the kind of hallway you would want for a vacation. The room is not sound proof so we can hear a couple next door fighting for an hour in the morning. Ohhhh and there’s no free coffee, they charge for a coffee and as well as getting our clothes ironed! We called to ask if they can deliver us an iron board since in our stay in Rome & Florence, we had access to it with no issue. Here they charge to iron your clothes and we couldn’t get the iron in our room. For the price they are charging, it’s not worth it!

    The hotel is old and dirty Rooms are very smallBed mastress are terrible I felt like sleeping on the spine of some sort No shower gel Yellow stains in the bathroom No reception at night A place to avoid for sure especially at this price
