    A very basic hotel within a few blocks of the train station..walk through so you won't have to walk in the dark car tunnell. Room was clean but very minmal for conveniences: charging ports, soap, towels. Not inexpensive either. No TV access in English..the concierge said there were some channels but he didn't know how to access them!! Breakfast was extra and also minimalist!!

    Location was good if you want to reach Milano Centrale within 800mts. very convenient. About 40 minutes from the Dome. The hotel offers paid breakfast and it has a gym. The rooms have a safe and the bathroom looks renovated. The window faced an inner court.Very noisy! My two nights were a nightmare. Everything could be heard from the room next door. The guests there started chatting at 3.30 am on both nights. On my second night I picked up the room phone to call the reception, but the phone had no instructions on what to dial to reach them. I tried with 9 or 0 or 1 but no luck, so I had to get out of my room at 4am to go to the reception and the concierge accompanied me back upstarts to check the noise. He came into my room to witness how noisy it was. He then went to the room next door and rang their bell, but they did not reply. Unfortunately, I was fast awake already and once again it ruined my energy throughout my stay in Milan. I did not get any apologies from the staff or management after they themselves witnessed this, although the main problem is that the rooms are obviously not well isolated. The bed mattress needs renewal as the springs can be felt. And even though this hotel was advertised as "Good breakfast included with all room options" I was told it was not in fact included and if I wanted breakfast, I needed to pay!

    Nice hotel in a good location, a couple of hundred yards from Central Station. From here you can get the bus to Milan Bergamo Airport. There is a tram and a bus stop close by to get into the city centre.This is a small hotel with about five floors. I stayed on the fifth floor in a single room. The room was small, but it was fine. The shower and bed were fine. The bed was comfortable. There was a small TV and a safe in the room. The breakfast is small. You can get orange juice, tea or coffee, water, and a croissant for €8.50, which is very reasonable and is enough to get you going for the day. The staff were very friendly and check-in and check-out was easy. A nice hotel for a weekend in Milan.Only two negative things firstly the walls are thin so I could hear the person next door using the toilet and there is no tea or coffee facilities in the room.

    The location is good: very close to central station . Rooms are big, tidy and clean. Bathroom is ok. There is a possibility to have a full breakfast at the hotel for 7,50. Staff is friendly and professional. Total recommended for Milan business trip.

    Rude and unhelpful staff! The personnel were impolite, completely uninterested, and lacked any coordination. There was a technical issue in our room, and although they claimed there were no available rooms, we could clearly see rooms still being listed online. They promised to move us the next day, but when that day came, they repeated the same excuse and said they could only help the following day instead.Honestly, sleeping on the street would have been a better option. The room wasn’t clean, and the staff made zero effort to assist — no smiles, no courtesy, nothing.
