    Christmas break and 50 th birthday celebrations

    Location is great to the bus stop and tube station, bed is very creaky, sounds like mattress/base broken. Towel rail doesn’t heat, safe is not in working order, these have been reported however, not fixed. Apart from these issues the staff are maxing, room and hotel excellent, cleanliness is to a hi standard. Breakfast is excellent food amount of alternative milks available, plenty of fresh fruit and cereals for vegans. One particular restaurant staff manner was great, she worked Christmas morning and was so friendly and wishes myself & my husband a merry Christmas, she was so helpful from the time we arrrived.

    All together this hotel is comfortable, nice breakfast and affordable. The room was nice and big with a Bluetooth TV which was nice. We did find as tourists the location was out of the way and no where near the city centre - but about 20 minutes by walking to the metro station. But it’s by a Lidl. The view from our room looked straight into a woman’s apartment!! But if you don’t mind walking the hotel was great. You must try the Italian straight opposite for lovely pasta and nice service!! Great restaurants near by.

    One of the worst experiences I have ever had regarding hotels. No water in the room and no warning about the tap water of the hotel .if you search in the net you will find that tap water in Milan is drinkable but about the hotel it is different. The quality of the breakfast was not good. The location is not good too .

    A good apartment, clean, large bathroom, great shower, excellent breakfast, with free public parking in front or private underground parking with two placas for Electric charme, well located,very good service in the reception, recommend it!

    By far the BEST hotel we stayed at during our European adventure! That private patio outside our room was wonderful. Larger than most Italian hotels, clean and loved the complimentary slippers. The morning breakfast buffet was delicious and with many choices. Helpful that most of the staff speaks English. Near restaurants, shops. All the staff were all friendly and knowledgable. I'd recommend all IH hotels.
