This hotel enjoys a wonderful location. Links to the public transport lie within walking distance (approximately 100 m away) and it is just 20 minutes drive to Milan.     We loved everything, the hotel is so unique and luxurious!!! More ideal for couples as we booked a teamed room ( Egypt) it was as so romantic and magical. If you book it direct from the site you’ll see some packages and offers. This hotel is ideal for people or couples who wanted to relax but in a unique way.     Hotel restaurant was a shambles

    Going to he hotel restaurant ruined my entire weekend break with my wife. We have had a beautiful weekend until we turned up at this hotel restaurant. The service didn't exist, it wasn't busy and yet we were constantly ignored. We got 3 different drinks because we didn't want wine we were offered no other alternatives and had to fight for a coffee. When the food finally came the bruetta was lovely but everything else was bland and tasteless. My wife couldn't even finish hers. They had the audacity to try and charge us for drinks we didn't have. It caused an argument between myself and my wife. Honestly if u consider this place do urself a favour so 2 minutes down the road to the seafood restaurant you are looked after the food is amazing and good value. Everything this place isn't.     This is a very dated and basic hotel. The rooms are tired and could do with refurbishing. In fact the hotel appears to be stuck in the 70’s with it’s decor and looks like it has never had any improvements done. I was disappointed that there was not a kettle in the room in which to make a hot drink. The breakfast was basic, with too many flies around and some food is left uncovered such as the cheese and meat. We did not have dinner here as was out most of the day and didn’t return until later in the day but it was very popular and looked good.Location is a bit tricky for getting to Milan as it is not near the metro stations and it is very expensive to get a taxi, also Uber will not pick you up from the hotel but will willingly drop you back off there should you be able to get into Milan or Famogusto station. If you’re ringing a taxi to pick you up you are best conditioning a price as our fare was 30euro before we got in the car, amd ended up costing 72 euro just to get dropped off at the metro station in Famogusto (based on 4 passengers)!There is a bus service that does not run on Sundays but there is a bus stop 10 minutes walk away and it costs just 4 euro to drop you off at Famogusto metro station. We bought a three day pass for 13 euro which allowed us to use the metro trains as often as we wanted. We also was able to travel on the bus with the pass.We went into Monza which is well worth a visit.     Nice, but frustrating

    We stayed in a themed suite; we loved the idea. Overall, the suite was clean and cosy. However, the suite lacked in general maintenance: the shower head was full of “limestone” making it nearly painful to shower, the jakuzzi had hair at the bottom, and the massage jets came off when turning on. In the end, we had the feeling that the jacuzzi hadn’t been cleaned before our arrival; our motivation to use it disappeared. In addition, for a 4 star hotel, the room could have a coffee machine, or water boiler and a safe. The use of the spa area was included in our price, but the hamam couldn’t be used because of the strong mildew smell. Needs renovating or maintenance....
