  Excellent hotel in a great location

  We stayed at INTOMILAN 6 months ago; just now reviewing it due to a medical issue. The hotel is literally on one of the main pedestrian walkways on the Vittorio Emanuele mall. It is inside a keyed entry door and upstairs so there is no outside noise whatsoever. We were in one of the nicer rooms, with a loft for the breakfast table and coffee maker. The toiletries were top notch. We were in Milan for three days and wanted to walk everywhere. The hotel location cannot be beat. It is literally a hundred yards or so to the Duomo, within walking distance to the Last Supper, and three blocks from the one of the priciest shopping areas in Europe (think $10,000 purses), which was fun to see. The hotel staff speak fluent English and were available for any questions we had. Tip: If flying in to the Linate airport, take Metro Line 4 to the city, and get off at the San Babila station. It costs a few dollars, takes maybe 10 minutes. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the station and is next door to Sephora.

  We stayed in the Apartment "Alla Scala", which was absolutely lovely. It was a fun and unique apartment that was clean, well maintained and in an excellent location. They were also incredibly flexible and very helpful - we only planned to stay one night but we got stuck in Milan due to the situation transpiring in the Middle East at the time, and they allowed us to stay for a full week at a great price. They provided excellent service!

  Absolutely great location near Dome - rather newly renovated rooms, clean, elevators, friendly and helpful staff. Better than expected!

  Fantastic location, kind & helpful staff. Room was very comfortable & warm being late December. Maybe some drawers in the room would be useful.Room was always clean after daily clean.Would definitely recommend

  Hotel is not as pictured and much more dated. Very expensive for what it is. DO. NOT. STAY. HERE! Although the staff was very nice and it’s in a great location, it’s awful otherwise. We stayed in Corso Como suite (two beds, two baths, a kitchen and walk-in closet) however we noticed stains everywhere, including the chairs, couches, rugs, and towels. Worse than that, both bathrooms smelled like mould, and you can see the mould along the floor and the walls. Other terrible features include unusable wifi, tvs that don’t work because the wifi doesn’t work, cobwebs everywhere, light switches that don’t work (including in one of our bathrooms), and a terrible garbage elevator. The hotel is shared with other businesses so the elevator is full constantly. There are two elevators and one was out of service so we all relied on one janky one. On check-in day, it took us a half hour to get to the fifth floor. The concierge was funny throughout but it was an awful experience. Finally, the hotel offers to organize transport to and from the airport. We booked a car through them to Milan Linate for 60-70 euros. We waited and it never arrived so we took our bags and found a taxi stand and it cost us 20 euros. Very unprofessional. Please look at my pictures and judge for yourselves but take my word for it, don’t stay here. No reports of mold or unpleasant odors were brought to our attention during your stay, nor did we receive any requests for immediate intervention, which we would have handled as a priority. Our staff is available on-site until the stated hours and reachable for emergencies.Wi-Fi connectivity and apartment amenities are regularly checked; should any issues arise and be reported, they are addressed promptly.
