    Quaint hotel, fantastic helpful staff and a comfortable bed! The location is great and central for what we wanted. We enjoyed sharing a meal with two other couples from the hotel because we all took the front desks recommendation for a restaurant. The breakfast was great and they served a lovely cappuccino or two to start the day. I would call this a boutique hotel - rooms are not large but that's not how I rank a great stay. Great sleep, quiet location and lots of perks!

    Everything we wanted to do was accessible so it was a perfect base. Quiet but close to lots of eating and drinking places. Spacious rooms, very comfortable, good bathroom. Staff were all very welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

    This is a charming small hotel with only 6 rooms in each floor. There is an elevator to access all 5 floors. Public transport is easy to access. The staff are all very kind and helpful. Easiest to take train from airport to Central train station , then cab to hotel. Breakfast is everything you need!

    We chose this hotel for one night before catching our flight from Linate airport. Emanuel made our experience even better. He was very helpful and went out of his way to assist us with parking our car (he moved his car around so we could park in his space) and directed us to the supermarket to find boxes for shipping. By the way it was a really good supermarket. We booked a premier room and it was just fine, specious and clean. The pillows were not comfortable, I travel with my own pillow. Breakfast was simple, pleasant host and also helpful. The location is in residential area, and it took us 15 minutes by taxi to the Duomo, more or less. Oh and they provided aqua panna water which is our favorite.

    Stayed at Lancaster for our 4-day trip to Milan! Everything was perfect! The rooms were clean, beds very comfortable, tasty breakfast with plenty of choices. The location was quite good - very serene area less than 10 minutes from “Arco Della Pace”. Staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. Thank you!
