    Deceiving! You will not get a room like the ones in the photos that appear in all booking websites, including the hotel's. The lobby is fine, but the rest of the building is in terrible conditions. Aside from the central location, everything about this hotel leaves a lot to be desired starting with the rooms. Know ahead of time, prior to booking, that they will not turn the AC unit in your room on until June according to the staff.

    Very awful hotel with the rude staff

    This is hotel a dirty , very smoky ( even in the rooms ) and unsafe place with the most rude and unhelpful reception man. I booked as my flight was cancelled the closest to the main train station . Don’t repeat my mistake .Stay away . Look at the real photos ! . Rooms are disgusting, the facade in totally under construction.

    We initially stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and whilst the room and hotel was quite dated and the breakfast at best average the staff seemed great so we were happy to stay here.We then went travelling and needed one night just before our flight departs Milan. I spoke with manager Massimo who promised that he would hold a room for us at the same price. Nothing was in writing. We also asked for a late checkout as our flight was in the evening and he said lets see how busy we are and whether we can give you a late checkout. My impression was at no cost but I was happy to pay.When we arrived stayed the night and did have a late checkout and upon checkout we were shocked to have to pay 250 Euros for such an ordinary hotel.Massimo would not budge on price and denied as prior conversation about price. He simply said there was a Milan soccer match on and the hotel was full. I really wish he had been honest from the start.Would never stay here again.So much for loyal return customers.

    This is a very old hotel in need of renovation. It’s currently undergoing facade renovation. The pros: close to central station, lots of restaurants nearby, very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast included in the overnight stay, comfortable bed, and the last but not least early 10am check-in available ( so important if you come from intercontinental red eye flight. Cons: room had strong smell of cigarettes, poor soundproofing (could hear a baby crying in the next room ), bathroom really needs to be remodeled, the hair dryer belongs to the Science museum 🤣. It’s an ok stay for just one night.

    The hotel is near the train station, metro station ( ~5 min), very good location.Very good restaurant near the hotel where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner.We stayed at the 6th floor and the view was very nice. Every day we had the room cleaned, towels replaced and supplies added. The AC is very good. But the rooms don’t have any noise proof and they tried to improve the room but this was done in a hurry and you can see this very clear.The minus of the hotel was a really annoying noise came from the engine of the elevator. Also in the morning/evening you can hear the noise from the street. The breakfast was not so diverse but you have something to eat/drink before starting the day. The staff is very friendly and helpful.Enjoy!
