    +'s - close to a metro station-'s - the place sucks for anyone with self respect, dignity and boundaries. this is not a hostel its a prison. read the other reviews but even they dont do this place justice for its vileness. i have lots of gross photos of the place on my phone now at least

    Worst place I’ve ever been to, when I entered it was really ominous and it was really dark in the reception and then there were suspicious staff that looked you down like you just walked in a trap house. Then I go into this room and this Colombian dude is swearing and throwing his stuff around plus there’s another homeless dude in the room swearing at someone on the phone. The bathroom is unbelievably disgusting and if you value your life please do not come here, I came here due to an emergency and because I was low on cash but I’ll never make the same mistake again. I hate this place so much I wish it would go out of business….

    Too noise Dirty place Cold And they ask for tax for everything since you already pay online Unfriended people's work in this place The place can be amazing but this tax.... Toilet look like public toilet ...too much noise The guy then work there play piano so loud in morning and don't care about the guest

    The accommodation advertised is completely different to what is offered, customer service from staff member upon arrival was disgraceful, paying £85 for accommodation which a key was not even provided for.For both me and my friend we will not be staying at this accommodation again, another thing that both of us were not happy was staff taking pictures of our passports claiming he was “sending them to the Italian government” This made me slightly uneasy considering he has now access to all my personal informationThis accommodation was poor and is being advertised as something it is not, with homeless people staying in this accommodation which I have no problem with but it should be advertised so we are aware.

    Ahmed ,the Arab manager is rude ,when I presented my concern to him he turned over the music so I would quit talkingThe trick they do is they puucise a share room dormitory ,when you arrive , they simply say is for females and charge you 25 euros extra for a male roomThe day I arrived two more guys were tricked into the same It's painfully obvious they care just about incomes ,not for the customers I'm sending attached proof of extra payment
