    Really classy hotel

    This hotel is very fancy. Lots of really high-end finishes and you definitely felt like you were in Milan! The shower has a glass panel in it that can look out into the bed area. Our room had a nice balcony with a great view of the courtyard. The bed is very comfortable. The room has lights and switches all over the place, and you can turn on whatever light you like. The only negative I would have to say is that the lighting around the vanity mirror is pretty dim, so while it is atmospheric, it doesn’t do the greatest job of providing good lighting for make up.     Don’t go there.They took from us 100euros as garantee at check in,and they never back it as they told us.Very bad exp.

    The worst experience ever.They stole us 100euros.They ask to give them as a garantee at check in.They never back to us.When we sent them e-mails …they were trying to find excuses.Very bad managment,so sad for this nice hotel.We were there from 2.1.2026.to 5.1.2026.and they think we will give up,but we won’t.
