    The front-desk staff refused my fiancé's NL residence permit.This strict passport requirement was never communicated to us in the booking confirmation, terms, or any pre-arrival communication. They claimed that in Italy, a foreigner cannot use this document.In short, they could've told us to go to a certain police station and receive documentation that would've allowed us to stay there. Instead, they sent us away refusing service.When I questioned if I could call the police to help with this, they told me that I actually could go to a police station to get a document that would've allowed us to go there. Only for then to tell us to go to the wrong police station, where we were told that we were all good, but unfortunately it was a civil matter and they couldn't help.When I demanded more information on the law, they finally showed us some documentation that talked about that, but when writing the chargeback to my credit card issuer days later, I realized they sent us to the wrong police station (as the right one is 40km away). Suffice to say, the Amex promptly accepted the dispute in my favor. I am only bothering writing here to warn anyone else who doesn't want to waste their time dealing with petty tyrants that this isn't a reliable hotel.

    It's a 15 min drive to Terminal 2(easyJet). Modern style hotel. The separate rooms at the front each have their own parking place. Restaurant was good, decent breakfast. Pay extra for spa(€35 pp) but it's a nice space with a large spa pool .

    Scary experience ! No taxis from train station to hotel after 8 pm hotel didn’t help we was followed and nearly attacked and had to flag down a car to get us back to the hotel ! No help when we got back to the hotel ! Do not go if you don’t get a rental car ! not helpful ! Was also my 40th birthday and they didn’t wanna help sort anything a cake a free drink nothing so unsafe will never go back here and also the spa is not included in the price total rip off please stay in the center of Milan not at the mo.om hotel

    The breakfast options were limited. The stupidest policy I’ve ever seen !! At breakfast, if you want sunny side up eggs, you have to pay extra (on top of breakfast fees!!!)I thought this is a 4 star hotel !!On top of that, they refuse to refund the breakfast fees. So either pay for what’s common across any decent hotel, or get lost.
