    Overall the location wasn’t the best and the room was quite outdated and not very representable for a ‘4 star’ hotelRoom - So much damage all around it and holes as well as dirt/marks all up the walls and the sides. Had to ask for new towels upon arrival due to dirty towels in the room. The room was quite spacious and so was the bathroom but the whole room was in need of huge TLC. It was not a very nice place to stay, when we asked for a new room we were told they cannot do anything - even after explaining everything and showing them photos. Plug sockets were not fixated into the wall. There is a ‘mini bar’ in the room as well as a smart TV with Netflix. AC in the room was good. Dirt on bed sheets upon check in. Quite a few ants in the room each day too.Location - Not the best location for Milan, is around a 45-50 minute bus & metro journey to the centre with the bus stops being situated quite close. Not much to do around the hotel. There is a supermarket down the road as well as some local cafes. Airport - From Milan airport it was around a 30-40 minute journey. The hotel is accessible by train however you would need to do the train, then the metro & bus to get to the hotel. You can use the ‘ATM’ app to buy journeys.Staff - Check in staff were lovely, however when asking about the change of room - they weren’t as pleasant then.Hotel facilities - They have a gym which has ‘technogym’ equipment within it - only has 1 of each item with a total of 7 items within the gym. Restaurant on site.

    The room is comfortable, newly renovated. The shower is awful - every time I took shower I made a flood in the bathroom. There is no ventilation in the bathroom. The view from the window of the gas station doesn’t make the life nicer. The breakfast is good. There’s a good choice of food but every morning it’s the same. The receptionists speak English badly and are not good professionals. The location is nice but really far from the center of the city. The hotel claims that it’s 4 star hotel, it feels like 3

    Loved this hotel. This was the best stay on our trip. This hotel is centrally located next to a supermarket, lots of restaurants, and cafes. The walks are short under 10 minutes and it was very easy to book transportation. The staff were all welcoming and so kind. I would definitely stay here again!

    Not a great experience, certainly not a 4 star hotel and wouldn't recommend it.Whilst the communal areas are fine, the rooms themselves are very outdated and tired. After mentioning that our overhead main shower wasn't working, it still wasn't fixed during our stay. Using the small hand held head isn't ideal in a 4 star hotel. Tea bags never topped up in the room, had to ask reception each day for tea bags in which we were given one each (rationed!). One towel provided for both of us, again needed to ask reception for the correct number of towels.Restaurant is pricey for what it is and breakfast was also pretty average. A selection of fresh pastries and fresh orange, rather than diluted wouldn't have gone a miss. Location wise, 30/45 minutes public transport into Milan which we knew, and was extremely reliable during our stay.

    The hotel was clean, albeit being renovated, the rooms need a bit of attention and are very small.The breakfast is great and the outdoor area is unexpectedly large and relatively private.Very good service by all the staff so overall a good 4 star hotel in Italy.This hotel is in Bresso which is in a suburb of Milan and far from Milan central so transport can become fairly expensive. There was a bit of a mix up with payment that had been pre-cleared but couldn't be collected so I had to use another card to pay the bill.I would return to this establishment if in Milan again
