    I spent just on a month here while working and felt the hotel was good for what it was.Rooms were clean , slightly small but warm and well serviced daily.The restaurant for breakfast was good as well and a good selection of items.The down side is you are a long way from Milan but the use of buses and trains make it easy but note you are about 45 mins+ from the city.No major issues was a good stay.     I forgot my jacket into my room when I checked out and the reception said to my colleagues who where still there and asked for it that there was nothing without even checking. They 1.     Absolutely Disgusting Hotel

    This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The lobby reeks of cigarettes as do the rooms, the showers switch on and off between freezing water and boiling hot water, the shower had pink marks in the grout (meaning dirt and urine are there), there is no door on the shower so the bathroom gets flooded, and my bed sheets were covered in hairs. When we asked for a new room, the front desk told us there were none and that housekeeping went home so they’d send us new sheets. The new sheets they sent had BLOOD. Not blood stains, actual blood. We went downstairs with the bloodied sheets to complain and the front desk woman looked like she was going to cry. She said “I can’t do anything more they will send nee sheets.” We then told her these were the “new” sheets and she looked exacerbated and called the maintenance guy to bring another set. They sent us a third set of sheets. The restaurants have been closed all day. The center of Milan is a 30-40 minute drive away or a $60 uber. You can take the bus, but the front desk told us it is complicated because there are multiple switches, but didn’t help us navigate those switches or figure it out. The AC will not turn on after a certain hour and we were told it is an Italian regulation and to open the windows. This place is honestly a nightmare and a joke to hospitality. I worked in this industry and this is honestly just disgraceful.

    Disappointing Stay After a Positive First Visit

    I have stayed at your hotel twice recently: a week-long stay one month ago, which was satisfactory, and a 4–5 day stay this time, which was highly disappointing. During my most recent stay, I encountered several issues that affected both safety and comfort: 1. Bathroom safety: The bathroom was flooded because there was no shower door, creating a serious slipping hazard that could have caused injury. 2. Electric car charging: The charging stations were not standard. I was unable to connect my car, despite having two types of cables that work elsewhere. I recommend providing standard charging outlets or adapters so that all guests can charge their vehicles. 3. Noise and insects: Noise and the presence of insects made it difficult to sleep properly during one night of my stay.

    Mixed Experience – Room for Improvement

    My stay had some challenges. The entrance was a bit difficult to access, and I had to request water and towels as they weren’t being replaced automatically. There was also early morning construction noise we weren’t informed about, which made it hard to relax. Lastly, the air conditioning wasn’t working well. I appreciate the staff’s help when I asked, but overall the experience could have been more comfortable.
