    Excellent hotel near to the train station and city attractions.

    The hotel was an excellent choice by our travel agent. The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing lacking was tea making facilities. The check in was quick and easy. The location is perfect for the railway station and city sights.What stood out was the excellent choice of quality food at breakfast. There was a good range of drink choices too.I will definitely look to stay in this chain of hotels again.

    dear official I am staying at your hotel in room 220 between January 12-15. On the first night, I found some long black women's hair on my bed. I am a man and I have blond and white hair, max 1cm long. I left the duvet open in the morning to clean it. I returned to the hotel at night and when I opened my bed, there were the same black hair. I went down to the reception and explained it. I wanted my sheets to be changed. Answer: There is no cleaning staff at the moment, I can give you sheets if you want. You can change it, he said. This attitude is not correct at all and I have doubts about the hygiene of your hotel.     I stayed at this hotel for work as a tour conductor. I was assisted by the reception staff many times during my one-week stay. The staff were all very kind at all times, making for a pleasant stay. The location is great, with many supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The rooms are new and clean. I would definitely like to stay at this hotel again next time. Thank you!
