This easily accessible hotel is close to Linate Airport and conveniently situated near to exit 4 (Mecenate) of the Tangenziale Est. It enjoys an ideal location from which to reach any part of Milan including the train station, the city centre and Montenapoleone shopping district (7 km). Bus and tram stops are to be found within 100 m of the hotel while links to the city's transport underground train system are only 4 km away and can be reached by bus. Malpensa Airport is 70 km away.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 206 non-smoking rooms. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.     Horrific service, rooms like greenhouses no mention of no aircon on n arrival. Empty hotel said it all. They will claim its legislation that is the problem but their lack of communication or even an electric room fan shows they don’t care.     Most over, priced, low value, hotel experience I’ve had in my life!

    Granted, I messed up the initial reservation and had to make a last-minute, same day reservation. Given that it was within walking distance to the Olympic hockey arena allowed them to massively overprice rooms that are small with incredibly outdated bathrooms. Walking the stairs down to the lobby was an embarrassment with shredded carpeting for two stories. Breakfast was one of the only redeeming features. If you have any other choice, take it.     Disappointing check-in and unequal treatment

    After reading many reviews here, I noticed that most non-Asian guests seem satisfied with the service. Unfortunately, that was not our experience as an Asian family.We arrived late at night as a large family group during the Winter Olympics period, paid high rates and tourist tax, and were already exhausted. Instead of a smooth check-in, we were met with a cold and rude attitude from the receptionist (female, no name tag). No greeting, no smile, and a visibly irritated tone throughout.What made the experience especially uncomfortable was the clear difference in treatment. We were spoken to harshly and without patience, while the next guest, an American, was welcomed with smiles and friendly behavior by the same staff member. This contrast was obvious and impossible to ignore.We speak English clearly, and there were no communication issues. The difference was purely in attitude and behavior.I am an ALL member and have stayed at many Accor hotels. Based on this experience, the service here does not feel equal for all guests. Very disappointing and not what I expect from a Novotel.     No air conditions in all the room, not acceptable, room temperature too high and not possibility to fully open the window. Staff and website did not I for the customers. This is not even a service for 1 star hotel.     I really enjoyed the stay at Novotel Milano linate , the hotel is very good , the rooms are very well furnished , stuff are very friendly and helpful , we are coming for celebrating our honeymoon , so thanks for what we got , I have to thank Mr Giosue , he offered us complimentary breakfast , also upgraded the room to the executive, and offered a late checkout till 4:00pm. Also additional welcome drinks voucher while checking out because the weather was very hot.Finally , if we come back to Milano , I will choose same hotel .
