    Not a great hotel.

    We were very disappointed with our stay at the ODSweet hotel. We were there from 5/22-5/24. We knew it would be kitschy but I found it very dark and lacking any charm. The hotel is located by the duomo, but as a result the block was very congested. It also felt like the hotel was an afterthought as a way of promoting the candy store on the ground floor. We booked a suite to have room but it was not comfortable or a relaxing. The hotel didn’t replace the towels and they only left us one towel for 2 people. They did send someone up with towels but he seemed really miserable. We chose the breakfast included package. The restaurant has different management than the hotel and the restaurant acted like they were doing you a favor. The breakfast was good but very limited. They also charged 8 euros for a refill of coffee. The bell men were very nice and helpful. The room did have a refrigerator with some water and q couple of sodas in it. All in all I would not recommend this place.

    Hotel Cancelled our room

    They canceled our room for maintenance less than 60 days out from our trip with no further explanation and then we had to scramble to find something else. Closing during a weekend at the end of June seems incredibly silly. If there is an issue why not fix it now on during the week instead of during high season. We even called to try and get a better explanation and nothing!

    What a great place. We stayed in a marshmallow room. Our 9 yr old daughter loved it. Even the fridge and coffee machine was marshmallow pink. It was quirky, but not too far over the top. The staff were brilliant and super helpful. The rooftop bar is spectacular for both breakfast and dinner. Location is brilliant, all of 100m from the Duomo.

    Room was very modern and really good but the staff was average. Asked for tea for next morning but never got one. Also, the staff was rude and didn’t care to understand what we were asking for. Overall average in my view.

    The hotel is on a great location,10/10. Staff super kind, esp. Iana ,Farid and Fabio at the reception. Also the breakfast is fantastic on the 7th floor with direct view at the Duomo. Rooms are super cute, with great amenities and toaletries. I loved everything about our stay, I highly recommend it and we will come back again for sure.
