    We had a wonderful stay at this unique farm hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything felt calm, welcoming, and exceptionally well cared for. The entire place was extremely clean, beautifully designed, and radiated a sense of quality and tranquility.The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcome. One of the absolute highlights was the sauna — relaxing there while overlooking the fields, with the cows nearby and the sun shining, was truly special and unforgettable.The location is wonderfully quiet and surrounded by nature. The peaceful presence of the cows, the open views, and the silence made it a perfect place to unwind and disconnect. It really feels like a retreat from daily life.Breakfast was excellent: high quality, relaxed, and enjoyed in a beautiful setting. The restaurant is a true gem — refined, warm, and clearly focused on quality, making dining there an experience in itself.All in all, this is a very relaxing, high-quality, and spotless place with stunning views, exceptional food, and a warm atmosphere.     Very not friendly and specially not dog friendly hotel. Up on arrival our room was changed and more was charged, dog also must pay. There is no possibility to eat and even drinks after six are not available. There are almost every weekend events and there for other people from out side by the pool and around the permisses with loud music for the event, so it was very hard to relax. Owner was externally rude and lashed out couple of time as if I was his private guest. Horrible waist of my time and money. Do not recommend Il Cigno, Proprietario at Relais Tenuta Il Cigno, responded to this review good day, you insist on writing directly a series of falsehoods and not only as you declared at the reception invites your friends to write false reviews on our account. take into account that in italy they are punished as a crime I would like to point out that you declared that you were coming to the hotel with 2 dogs but instead you showed up with 3 dogs without telling us. if you had asked to come with 3 dogs we would have told you no.the rooms are not kennels, we had to give you a flat as a replacement for the room even though I should not have allowed you to check in, only out of respect for the person who came with you our regular customer we agreed to make an exception I would also remind you that dogs must always be kept on a leash in indoor and outdoor common areas instead of letting them run free, as has repeatedly happened, and only thanks to our attention did we inform you that the dog had defecated in the park while you were busy doing something else and were heedless of the dogs. animal owners are very familiar with the basic rules of civic education, something that you completely lack. loud music? are we talking about background music of romantic jazz while 14 ladies were knitting? and in the evening a baptism? you are just full of spite because you have been filmed several times because lase need not add more .Translated with DeepL.com (free version)

    We stopped there on our way to the south of Tuscany. I wanted something decent to spend an afternoon and the night, but we discovered a gem! Everything falls into place:- owner and staff, everyone is genuinely nice and going the extra mile to make your stay the nicest possible- the grounds are amazingly pretty and well kept - hotel is small and more cosy than what it seems on the photos, which is a good thing, though it is not overcrowded even when the hotel was full. You feel very at ease.- rooms are nice and clean and sound proof!- Proximity to the horses is a mega plus especially with kids.We will be back and I cannot recommend this place more!

    Great location, good food, good environment, staff super friendly, good surrounding places to visit and explore. Family vacations was great and kids enjoyed the most. Very well decorated and stylish place. Thanks to Stefano and all his staff. We will return for sure.
